Does not accept credit and charges a fee for every card transaction... It's almost 2015 no one carries cash.

I stopped at this station because I was running low on fuel...have never been here before. That…read moresaid, I handed the attendant $100 bill and asked for a fill up on pump #5. He informed me that I'd have to prepay a certain amount since it was cash....strike #1 No big problem, I asked for $65 on pump #5. Even though the pumps appear to be relatively new, I had to hold it the entire time as the latch wouldn't keep the pump engaged past 5-10 seconds...strike #2 Since I had to stand there and hold the damn nozzle, I had a front row seat to the screen on the pump. It stopped @ $62.80 and I returned the nozzle back to the pump. I turned around for one second to put my gas cap back on, did the math in my head for my change and when I turned back around, the pump now read $65.00!!! Now, I know it's only a couple dollars, BUT, that's MY $2.20 and you can best believe that I marched right on into the snack shop to alert the attendant of what had happened and that there must be an issue with the pump #5. In a very dismissive manner, he cut me off and let me know that what I was describing wasn't even possible citing that, and I'm paraphrasing: "...since the pumps were new, it was impossible for this to even happen" STRIKE #3 I let him know that I wasn't crazy and know what I saw. He kept shaking his head 'No' and then suggested that I contact Weights and Measures which I DEFINITELY will be doing first thing Monday morning!!! I wonder how many other people are being ripped off at their pumps unknowingly at this location?!?! p.s. I only gave them out of 5 because I bought two packs of #LifeSavers flavored hard candies that I haven't had in a really long time... They'd get zero stars from me otherwise... I couldn't make out what he said, so I started to repeat myself, and as I was talking, he cut me off and yelled at me. I told him he was rude and walked out. What a miserable and unprofessional human being!

This gas station deserves an award for Most Bizarre Customer Service Policies Disguised as Security…read moreTheater. I came by last Friday around 10PM to grab a snack and a drink. As I was taking a plastic bottle of aloe vera from the fridge--a plastic bottle, not fine crystal--it slipped from my hand and landed on the floor. No spill, no crack, no drama. I picked it up and put it back because, you know, I'm a functional adult with basic decency. Then some employee materializes out of nowhere like he was monitoring the fridge via drone and asks me which item I dropped so they could "take it to the back" because it's now apparently a damaged item. Since when did gas stations start treating dropped PLASTIC bottles like biohazards? Do they think it got emotional damage? Fine. Whatever. I grab a different drink and head to the counter. The woman ringing me up scans everything and then, with the kind of smug authority typically reserved for TSA agents, tells me they "usually charge customers for damaged items," but she'd let it go this time. Oh, how generous. I laughed in her face and walked out. This place is giving sketchy. Are they guilt-tripping customers into paying for items and then pocketing them later? Wouldn't be surprised. Either way, it's a gas station--not the Ritz. Act accordingly. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being interrogated like a suspect for daring to shop clumsily.

If this reaches the correct person or office…read more The skinny little girl you have posing as a "Manager" needs to be removed or replaced if she doesn't comprehend or even understand the definition of working with the public. Long story short went in to the location in Santa Fe springs Ca. Washington and Sorensen location. Wanted to pump $50 in gas and grabbed an energy drink. I wanted to redeem my dollar off my Chevron app, system was showing I had only 10 cents a gallon. Told the girl never mind I'll take the energy drink only. I guess she wasn't paying attention. Asked her for 2 lottery tickets. I give her the amount owed . I guess she didn't remove the gas like I had asked, so when I told her I didn't want the gas she snapped her little snarky attitude threw my change and tickets on the counter at me and walked away to the back. I walked up to another guy and asked him if he was the manager and he replied "oh no my coworker that walked to the back is" I told him someone needs to talk to that girl. Now I understand everyone has bad days but this wasn't the issue because when I walked up to that counter initially she smiled and we made small talk. It wasn't until I told her to remove the gas it became a big deal. Now I'm not an EFFIN little kid to have this poor mannered , unskilled , poor child minded individual to be throwing anything at me. I could have went about this a different way or if this were someone else she was assisting they probably would have let her have it. Do what you wish with this information. I already filed a complaint and I want a call back from whomever it is who going to take this serious. This happened on 12/14/23 between 11:05 and 11:15. I would like a call back.
