Three years ago we bought a home in Heritage Hill Country, it had a RH Peterson gas log. about two…read moreweeks ago it started to act up (the lighting process was not what we had been experiencing in the past) we d found out that Hill Country Propane was the distributer for our gas log. we call them, Chris came out and addressed the issues, based upon what we said the made some adjustments said if the issue presists call them, it did, Eric came out, we provided additional information, he spent almost an hour and identified the issue, a the valve was stuck open, the made some adjustment, said if the issue come back, call and they will replace the valve. when we asked what we owed, both Chris and Eric said NOTHING, since they installed it, adjustments are free. It felt like it was binding. I called Jeff's Backyard to ask if there is something that I can do to adjust or fix it. The person who answered said he was the owner and that he doesn't sell the BGE any longer and knows nothing about them. He said I would have to call the Manufacturer. I was sold this BGE by them and for them to just direct me to BGE is very disappointing. I paid them the $2500 and is very disappointing this is all they could tell me. Then this person I spoke with said he is a new owner of two years and there is nothing he would do to help. He was very short and abrupt with me from the moment he answered the call. Please think twice before buying from this place. You would think that he would like to keep me as a customer and help in any way, but nothing. Poor Customer service. This experience was very disappointing.

The management at American Eagle is excellent, John, the owner is super friendly and helped us choose a nice space, he is onsite a lot and keeps everything looking great. The whole facility is paved and covered. The amenities are top notch: electricity, dump station, phone app for 24 hour access and security cameras everywhere. Their rates are fair and affordable. John even has a nice spacious spot in the back with utilities (50 amp, sewer and water) he lets renters use to show their units to prospective buyers if they decide to sell, it worked like magic for us. We are so happy we stored our rig at American Eagle!
