Three years ago we bought a home in Heritage Hill Country, it had a RH Peterson gas log. about two…read moreweeks ago it started to act up (the lighting process was not what we had been experiencing in the past) we d found out that Hill Country Propane was the distributer for our gas log. we call them, Chris came out and addressed the issues, based upon what we said the made some adjustments said if the issue presists call them, it did, Eric came out, we provided additional information, he spent almost an hour and identified the issue, a the valve was stuck open, the made some adjustment, said if the issue come back, call and they will replace the valve. when we asked what we owed, both Chris and Eric said NOTHING, since they installed it, adjustments are free.
