I asked for management and he came up to me immediately with an attitude and frown and was completely unapproachable and annoyed I requested to talk to him. My son's brand new Nikes gave him blisters at school and did not fit him so we immediately brought them back with a receipt. There was the slightest and I mean slightest show of wear at the bottom of the shoe (one so small I would not have noticed if I bought them myself) and Tim refused to let us exchange them for a bigger size with no sympathy for our loss of money. I work in the customer service industry myself and am appalled at how I was treated. I highly suggest shopping at Dicks instead and not giving this store your business.

They have hundreds of soccer shoes baseball shoes, even wrestling shoes. No court shoes. I asked an mooted what's going on. He said "we've been asking for court shoes for tennis players, pickleball players, squash players, racquetball players and corporate just seems to ignore our requests. Well, they have increased their weight lifting and exercise area, women's clothing, so I guess that's their new direction. Unfortunately, it won't be mine!
