He was honest and helpful, not only for my feet but my "soul" as well. I owed an apology for my previous night's impatient and rude behavior. I'm a Christian that had a hard day. Ryan accepted the apology and replied he felt it was the team member / business that needed to apologize. Regardless, we were both inappropriate the previous night. After informing Ryan of my needs, we quickly found what was needed for my physical therapy session that immediately followed. Ryan understood my need for speed and I was checked out fast. So glad David Carter, my PT at Apogee, referred me here. Ryan is a true asset to NB and I pray he is not only verbally recognized, but financially recognized as well. Please know Ryan that you and your excellent efforts are appreciated.

Really though, the management here is quite mediocre, alongside corporate policies. Starting at some point in June, they completely restricted customers from purchasing gift cards unless they were $50, $100, 150, etc. You cannot even add money to a gift card for personal use per corporate and management. This is insane, and restrictive of purchases for merchandise from the official store. When I go to talk to official support from corporate, they literally labeled their team as Customer Education and that "somebody will be here to educate you shortly." Very insulting for anybody who has a legitimate issue to be told "you will be educated shortly." if the company itself doesn't want my money for the merchandise, then I will just buy it from eBay and look for alternative brands that actually want my business. Since lululemon is saying screw you to me and many other previously loyal customers, I will just take my business elsewhere and stay away from Lululemon's corporate owned storefronts. See ya...

Stop your search now and just head into the store or make an appointment. I am notoriously difficult to size when it comes to clothes fitting, I do not have the standard body shape and cannot buy off the rack if I want to look good. Since the first day I walked into this establishment Kevin and Angi have customized everything about my look starting with my tuxedo for my wedding. I stopped in multiple times throughout my experience, was educated on styles, fits and general etiquette for formal wear but had the luxury of a humble and tailored experience from Kevin and Angi. These two took copious amounts of time to customize my look and make sure I felt great and confident in an outfit that will be looked back on for my entire life. Another great aspect of this group is that Angi is the in-house tailor, they cut out the middle man. They get all of their products from high-end, high quality clothing suppliers so the materials will last a lifetime with the proper treatment. You can't find this material at your local chain clothing stores. Ultimately I am more than satisfied with my experience I am grateful to these two for making my big day of the utmost importance to them. I only wish more establishments had this kind of service.
