Both, had callous disregard when addressing a legitimate concern. This company has a policy of disposing any item left on board, regardless of dollar value. THiS IS NOT INDUSTRY STANDARD. I have NEVER been spoken to and yelled at over the phone, as I was by these bozos. Apparently, this company, as I was told by the driver, was subcontracted by Coach Tours. Shame on Coach for not vetting your subs. Horrible representation of your company. Also, I noticed on the Star City Charter website that they claim to have been in service sincr 1986. The 'owner' told me that they've been in service for 1 1/2 years.....? ? REALLY?
