The terminal itself is clean, basic seating that can accommodate the large number of people there. Bathrooms are clean, free coffee, vending machines, and the bilingual staff was friendly. Buses seem a bit dated but my family member says they are comfortable, never complained about the drivers in fact she prefers to sit at the front closer to the drivers. Bus station is not in the best neighborhood but never had a bad experience going down there. If someone offers to help you carry bags to your car be ready to pay them a couple bucks. I want to thank the staff for making my trip easier than I anticipated. They held the train for 5 minutes for me to walk to the handicapped entrance and showed my daughter how to purchase tickets online after we boarded. We returned around 7 pm and experienced the same service. Thanks again TRE for making an 82-year-old man's day at the fair outstanding.
