Save all your correspondence with Heaven on Wheels just in case you have to escalate matters with your bank or credit card company. As a single mom trying to create a special night for her first child's prom this is a nightmare. I had to book at another location which you can imagine with these gas prices is insanely expensive. Also I paid $1500 here that did not include gratuity, I'm now paying $1300 elsewhere, gratuity included and excellent communication. Save yourself the stress, it's not worth it.

Nothing spectacular; I'm sure the experience could have been better, but I was just happy a party bus showed up (the bare minimum). I've been going back and forth with Desmond since the incident and have been very understanding, as he continues to promise me my refund is being processed, and I like to assume it's not his fault. I even waited to post a review until it was solved. At this point, there's no excuse. The refund pictured in the screenshot showed up as pending on my credit card but did not go through. Obviously, it is still nowhere to be seen. Now Desmond is dodging my calls and the phone number I have for this company is no longer in service. Screenshots attached with timestamps.
