On an extended trip out of town and I was looking for a car service to DFW Airport because I didn't want to park my car for 10 days. Did a little web search and GO seemed to by a good selection. The web page was easy to navigate and making the reservation was quite simple. And I was able to include the tip in my order. My driver arrived on time in a very clean vehicle with a daily paper included. The ride to the airport was comfortable and the driver knew my gate number. Arriving at the gate in under 40 minutes for Northeast Dallas. I would recommend this service from my one experience due to the convenience and friendly service provided by the driver. Make sure you give them a try on your next trip to or from DFW or Love Field. Let me know your thoughts. read more

DID NOT ARRIVE. LITERALLY DID NOT ARRIVE. I booked this company twice for a vacation-- once to take me from the airport to the resort, then again to take me from the resort to the airport at the end of my trip. I had no problems getting picked up from the airport whatsoever. HOWEVER, the second shuttle (which they forced me to book separate instead of as a round-trip package of some kind) NEVER arrived and NEVER attempted to get into contact with me. No contact from them and when I called the company via the number in my email I didn't get through to anyone and the line kept dropping after being on hold maybe 2 minutes-- I had to call an uber to get to the airport. I have applied for a refund and will expect to hear back soon, but do NOT rely on this company to pick you up from somewhere BESIDES the airport because odds are NOT in your favor that they're even going to appear. $286 for them to never arrive was sheerly ridiculous. read more

I was looking for a Taxi to get home after returning from a trip and the driver of this shuttle bus said he could take me, without any other riders for the same price as a taxi. I agreed and got in. It's not any where close to the cost of a taxi, but that is not my issue. The driver proceeded to hit on me the entire 45 min ride home. He asked me if I was single a dozen times, told me he would take me to Morocco, wanted to take me to dinner, etc. it was extremely unprofessional and I was very uncomfortable. Also during this ride he told me about his ex wife and her drug use and that she cheated on him with a "f'ing n-word". So I have a masochist racist driving me alone 45 minutes to my home. When he dropped me off, I used a CC to pay and he sent me a receipt though the CC transaction service and then sent me a private message. He sat in front of my house for over 5 minutes. I waited a few days to call the "customer service" number of this company because this guy knows where I live. When I did call, the initial guy, Chase who took my call, was shocked and he apologized but told me I needed to talk to John, his boss. Chase did not get the name of the driver or take a formal complaint because he said John needed to. I left a VM for John and I've called twice more for him now, and he has all of his people screening his calls because no one will transfer me and today the man just hung up on me. I know no one at this company cares, because look at all of the negative reviews. So if you take a chance on this outfit, just EXPECT a horrible experience and certainly do not expect anyone to care. It was fine. GO - Airport Shuttle was not the highlight of my trip to Dallas. When we arrived at DFW Airport and found the kiosk by baggage claim, I called to let them know we had arrived. I waited on hold for quite some time. When someone did finally answer, her instructions were vague and I repeated them back to make sure we wouldn't be standing around in the heat like dummies forever. She seemed annoyed when I repeated myself. We went outside and found our appointed waiting spot. And we saw the van almost immediately! Nope, not for us. :-( So we waited. And waited. It wasn't awful (Cancun was worse.), but we had a reservation so it was a bit troublesome that we had to wait so long. When the van arrived, the driver was not friendly at all. The van was not comfortable. I think they could have used some maintenance on the vehicle as it sounded like springs were popping out as we were driving along. The shared ride thing was okay, but the guy in front of us was yappy on the phone. Our fault for scheduling a shared ride to make things "easier". When we arrived at the hotel, it got weird. Our boss indicated that she included the tip in the payment when she made the reservation, so this would be completely painless for us. But this guy was looking for a tip. I'm not sure what for since he was less than hospitable and took forever. The return trip to the airport was just about the same as the trip back except we waited in the comfort of the hotel lobby. This was the worst, scariest trip I have ever taken on the Go Shuttle in Dallas. I will never book it again! Use Uber it is safer! First, there were 3 shuttles at the hotel and none of them knew who was supposed to pick up who, and which airport they were supposed to go to. Second, I booked online, and my time was 09:55 - I had to wait until 10:23 for another passenger because of the 3 shuttles, no one knew who was supposed to pick that passenger up! Third, the driver was scary! I don't think he could see, he bumped into the shuttle ahead of him, he rode two lanes and other cars were honking at him. The shuttle was dirty, rickety, and the driver did not offer to take bags or anything. Of course, he received no tip. Thankfully, Love field was close to the Hilton or I would have not ridden with him. I would have rather paid Uber. read more

I am actually sitting in the van at the airport right now. I called the phone number on my reservation and they said the driver would be there in 10 minutes. It was actually 20 minutes I can live with that. The driver was very rude and took my bag and put it in the back of the van, opened my door and walked away to talk to other drivers on the curb. That was 30 minutes ago!!!!! He came back once and I asked if we could leave soon and he responded with "yes", shit the door and walked back to the curb with the other drivers. This shuttle service is terrible and unreliable. Had a shuttle reserved to go to the airport, 25 minutes after our scheduled pick up time from the hotel our shuttle had yet to arrive although 3 other shuttles came by that said they were not ours. We ended up taking a cab. Do not bother with this service. read more

They have the worst service that I have ever experienced! I had a PAID reservation for a pick up at DFW this morning. My confirmation had a pick up time at 5:19am. Not only were they NOT there , their customer service rep Elizabeth hung up in my face. She even had the nerve to tell me that they don't do early pick up. Well why was I given an early time if it wasn't possible??? I was told a taxi would come instead. After waiting forever, I finally get a call from a lost taxi driver. Thank God that Super Shuttle was there to do THEIR job. I will NEVER utilize their service again & I would advise everyone to stay away. read more

Not a happy Go Shuttle patron! I printed the directions from the web as directed only to find they were no longer listed on the kiosk at DFW. When I found a phone number to call for another airport I was "informed" that I was doing it wrong that I should have called even though I booked and paid online. I was also told that the driver was waiting outside, so I went out in the frigid weather for another 15 minutes and called again only to be told that the driver was on the other side of airport at Terminal A, I was at Terminal C! When he FINALLY arrived, he kept the window rolled down with cold air blasting in as he continually huffed of electronic hooka device... From the look in his eyes God only knows what was in the thing!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I told the clerk at the Omni Dallas Hotel they might want to reconsider their recommendation linked to their website. BEWARE!! read more

I'm writing this to anyone thinking about making reservations with this shuttle service. STOP! I had a paid reservation to and from Dallas Love Field. The driver did call me stating he'd be 15 minutes late and actually was 30 minutes late, there was a thunderstorm storm so I overlooked that. When I arrived 8 days later, went out to shuttle pick up area and NO ONE was there. I tried to call them and just kept going around and around on the wait list. After 90 minutes, I decided to use the taxi service. I did put a request for someone to get back to me and still nothing after 2 days. I should have not used them, since this happened last year arriving at Love Field. I have learned my lesson and will NEVER use or RECOMMEND them to anyone. I hope this saves anyone from the stress of getting home after a vacation. read more

I made an online reservation with Go-Airport Shuttle in advance of my visit to Dallas for a conference last November. The conference hotel was 14 miles away from the airport and I had never used any service of this kind before so I wasn't sure what to expect or how it would work. I also needed to make an adjustment for my pickup time from the hotel for my return flight, so I made several calls for help and clarification. Everyone was very helpful and patient with me, which I appreciated. I called the number for my ride as soon as I stepped foot into DFW from the plane and was told exactly where to go to meet the shuttle, and he was there. I gave him my printed-off reservation for that leg of the trip and that was that. He put our bags in the back and ensured we were on safely. He did have to drive to a couple more gates to meet others, which is perfectly reasonable. The return trip was the same. Honestly, I'm impressed with anyone who can navigate the DFW maze of roads and ramps and not wreck us. I'm now trying to figure out how I can best utilize their service for a conference in Ft Worth that meets apart from the hotel because I don't want to rent a car and have to navigate that. read more

Very disappointed with go airport shuttle. I made a reservation for a certain time in order to have plenty of time to make my flight. After 15 minuets of waiting I called and they said a driver was on his way... Another 10 still no driver called again finally after 40 minutes a rude driver showed up who seemed to not care that he was late. read more

Terrible experience-pay a little more and take Uber. This company has no regard for people's time. I arrived in Dallas for business and on a timeline. My pick up time was 2- shuttle was there so was I, but since I was the only rider I had to wait for other riders (a share ride is what I paid for, so I get it)- after waiting for 20 min (my hotel was only 20 min away) another van was on the way, I assumed it would have people in it, it arrived empty too, why did I need to wait??-- anyways I jumped in and after 35 min after my pick up time I was finally on my way... so I thought! The driver stopped and asked if another guy needed a ride(I guess the driver had a little side money to make) whatever the guy needed a ride and I wanted to get rolling- we stopped at his hotel first- 5 min from airport- the guy gets out and heads in, My driver heads into the hotel after him!! Leaving me in the running van, in the middle of the hotel drop off- I sat there for 15 min until the bell hop of that hotel came out to ask me if I was the driver.. Finally I gave up.. I grabbed my stuff and got a new ride from the bell hop at the Marriott DFW . I never saw that go Shuttle driver come out. When I called the manager of Go shuttle, Jonathan he was more challenging then helpful and needs and education in what customer service is- his attitude is a whole other story- this manager told me they pick up riders on the rode for cash to fill the van- and I should understand that because I paid for "shared ride"- really?? Because there website and my ticket states "driver does not carry cash"-- sounds like something dirty is going on in Dallas! read more

This business is a total scam! We pre-paid for a car to take us to airport on Dec. 22 (74.00) to pick us up at 4am for an international flight. Called the night before to confirm, told the car would be there. At 4:08am when no car had showed up I clled to be told they were looking for the driver, after two more calls to be told the same thing and hung up on, at 4:20 we called a cab. The cab got there in 10 min. at 4:45 another cab called me to say he was at my house, I asked if he was with Go Shuttle and he said they couldn't find a driver and sent him. By some miracle we made or flight and since it was Xmas holidays it was a miracle. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund of my $$ as well as called again to be hung up on. So far no word from this company. I have to give a star for this review if I could I would give them 0, never use this group. read more
