I was told they "couldn't do that" and someone else they could not get me in contact with would do that. I had already been told 3 times things that were supposed to happen that did not. I wanted to speak with someone who would get my refund reprocessed and they called the police on me. Police came and told them to get someone to get a hold of me. My first month even received a 50% discount. By October my lease had increased by 35% to $148 without notice. I called their corporate office to see if this was a billing error, it was not. They reprice their spaces every 3 months. This was not disclosed when I signed the agreement. I would not have spent the time and money to move an existing unit to a new one knowing the price would change 4x a year. It's absurd.
