thats BS Monty and you know it, you guys deviated from your own plan. you did not do what you were…read moreasked. Yes, i was very upset, and rightfully so. you guys dimpled (bent) my transom. Also, tohatsu did not tell me that you were doing anything per their specs, pictures dont lie. They asked me to take it back and let you folks fix it. Then you took off the original plate to add the one i had made to go over and ADD structural integrity. You guys threw it in a ziplock baggie on the floor of my boat, along with VIN id plate. Im lucky it didnt blow out of the boat on my way home. You were given explicit instructions, from me, to mount the motor at 1/2" below rear of transom. You did NOT do that. The pictures i was supposed to get from Mike (manager) never came. Your going to get the chance to explain your case. One more item, you made sure we never had a professional relationship. Turned your head to everything i asked you to do. Will Post photos for you...

We were told the engine was seized and would require a complete replacement which could take 3 months or more. Inspection by another shop revealed it was not seized at all. I was astounded when they turned the key and it started and ran in front of me. The fee for assessment was a rip off, but sending us out the door thinking it needed a new engine almost lead to us selling the boat "as is" since it is an inboard. I would never recommend these guys to anyone.
