After about 12 noon, I didn't get a call from anyone so I called, and they said they would see where the tech was, and would call me back. After a few hours, I got a call back from the company and they told me they wouldn't be able to make it-- but had an opening on the 4th of July, and they could get me in. I was skeptical with it being a holiday, but they assured me that they would be there. Well, the 4th came and went, and not only did they not show up, I couldn't get in touch with ANYONE to figure out what was going on. The following Monday, I was called by the company after I left a message to figure out what happened. The owner eventually called me back-- and he apologized profusely and gave me some discounts to things and promised he would reduce my price. I gave him the benefit of the doubt.. (I know) But said he could be out there on Friday, July 18th. Between 10-5pm. As you can probably see, by noon, I got a message from the owner that he was stuck at a job and if he couldn't make it, could we change it again to 22nd of July. I told him that if he couldn't make it, then I would want a refund. I decided to cancel as it continually shows that I am not a priority. I was promised that I would be the first customer first thing on the 18th, but it has shown that he has put me on the back burner again. I also had to call each time, and it took forever to receive any service. I would highly suggest anyone considering them to read this post and be aware. I am currently waiting for a refund that was supposed to take 2 weeks, but they offered a cashier's check, which I accepted.
