The other homes in our neighborhood that use WM don't have cans left blocking their driveways. And they've broken our recycling container twice in the last few months.

They could hve been loaded into my Chevy silverado just fine. When the guys get here the price goes up to over $1100. The guys start talking about a $20.00 recycling fee for EACH can of paint and recycling fee for the glass. Not once did the rep mention recycling fees over the phone. Very deceptive company. After I complained to the guys that came out they decided to wave the recycling fee and got the price down to $798. Still too much for what I had to pick up. I believe this company is scamming customers left and right.
