I ended up paying but now I have to wait another week for them to pickup. All they had to do is email or call is all it takes, I would understand if I was 1 month behind but not a week. I tried online chat as well, but no one can help with a billing issue via online chat. When online chat directed me to call the office and I told them that no one answers the phone, they suggested I send emails, so I sent several emails - no response. There have been periodic episodes when I couldn't get through to customer service; however, after several attempts, I could get someone to answer the phone. Not today.
