Cycle Works customer service reps are always so nice and they try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. There have a couple of times that my trash wasn't picked up on my scheduled trash day. I called customer service and was told that someone would pick it up the next day. My trash was picked up as promised each time. Good trash service and customer service are the key reasons that I'll be staying with Cycle Works. Yes, their prices have gone up but that's just the world we're living in. Everything has gone up! I don't mind paying for good service! read more

not good I been with this company for over 5yrs l was late only once just short of $32 they shut me off from getting my garbage which I think was ridiculous Yeah, with the economy being kind of jack up right now no one seems to have any pity for you. Just left my garbage just sitting outside which causes other problems like rats not healthy at all. Just bad for the neighborhood. I sent the $32 but I will be looking for another company. read more

I've had the service for years but in the last few months (today is 7/16/25) they started missing my trash. It's been a nightmare getting in touch with them, with long hold times and different departments that apparently don't communicate. I finally cancelled my service, and so did my next door neighbors. I DO NOT recommend this company. read more

In a word - this company is trash in every sense. Missed pickups. Super unprofessional customer service. Broken promises of "price guarantee". Garbage left on driveway and lawn. Busted cans, which they refuse to take responsibility for. After they left trash in front of my house on X-MAS and refused to come back for it (I was not home to bring the trash back), they offered me a whole US dollar credit for missed pickup. read more

The service has drastically declined. I have been with them for years. My trash has not been picked up for two weeks. I call and getting through to someone is horrible. When you call they will transfer you to the miss pick up line then you have to leave a message and never get a call back. Today I have spoken to Amy she took my number down. We got disconnected and she did not even call back. Then I spoke to Reagan same thing got transferred no results continue to be transferred pit on hold until it goes into voicemail again. All they want you to do is leave a message to get no help. read more

Service is still good and reliable. I highly recommend it to any new homeowner. Another good thing about this service is that they call you to let you know when there is a holiday and that they will be picking up a day later. read more

Cycle works is a less than professional company. I had to call them after two weeks of no service even after they had taken the money out of my account. The customer service rep said it was a software error, then this week I called because no one pickup my trash again and this time they said that the truck came by at 7 am this morning, The customer Rep asked me when did I put out my trash, I informed her that the trash was put out the night before at 6 pm and she said that their GPS said the truck came out a 7 am this morning. I informed her that I have cameras on the property and that no truck has been here. I can back up everything I am saying with video proof. This is two strikes with this company and one more and I am done!!! read more

Great customer service and very affordable!! Shop now!!! They will not disappoint! Been a loyal customer since 2021

I have great service with cycle works! They have always kept us informed with holiday pick-up schedules!

My service has been good the last few months. Pick up is on time and has not been skipped, as multiple neighbors have noted. My main issue is the additional fees charged each billing period. Enviromental, disposal and fuel fees ($18.00) are added each month. Recycling charges are extra. The fees are never reduced. I've had good customer service as well. read more

Last Thursday was the second time in 30 days Cycle Works did not collect our trash. Last week all neighbors on our street were missed! The trash is still sitting in all our driveways in 90-100 degree heat for the fifth day, and they told me they can't get here to collect it until THURSDAY! No explanation of why the service is so poor. The customer service person was polite and professional and offered me a one week credit on my bill, but as I explained to her, I was not looking for a credit -- just the service level that was promised. Unfortunately, ownership clearly has no back up plan to respond when they make mistakes and fail to pick up. Inexcusable, especially given the constant rising costs of service. Been waiting for Cycleworks to pick up my cans for a month since I cancelled my service due to their egregious quarterly cost of $130. I have called in every week for the past 3 weeks reminding them to take the cans. And their answer is the same, "sorry we didn't make it out but the earliest we can come out is next week." I called and spoke with a Rep by the name of Taylor who was extremely rude. After speaking with her explaining when my services actually started one week after anticipated. She stated to me that she couldn't give me a credit. I asked to speak to a Supervisor. She answered, there's no Supervisor available I will have one to contact you. When I asked for her name, She laughed. I found that to be extremely rude. When I expressed my concern of her of phone etiquette. She laughed again. Cycle Works is a new company, however if they want to expand their business they're going to have to retrain Taylor or replace her. I'm a realtor and i will never recommend this company with customer service I received today. Michelle P. read more

Here is my review of Cycle Works sanitation after being a client for over a year.  I've had my ups and downs with this company and I think it's about time for me to move on. I really do enjoy the pickups that happen on Friday, but there are several things that I absolutely will not tolerate from someone I paid money to, and that is general miserable customer service. Here's what i've experienced over the last year, 1.  Missed pickups, and I'll admit one time was my fault for lack of payment cause by a banking error. I feel the others were caused by the fact that they can afford to hire dependable drivers. 2.  Wild time swings in pick ups on Friday. 3.  And recently rude customer service operators. Several months ago, the metal lift handle on my receptacle was totally ripped off by their handlers, leaving an 8 inch wide rip that was developing into a hole. To avoid liquids and garbage from falling out of the receptacle, I requested that they replace it.  I was told to leave it out on the curb on August 30th.  Well they picked it up as scheduled and did not leave a replacement and it is now September 4th and I do not have anywhere to place trash.  Common sense would tell you to take one, leave one, but unfortunately common sense ain't so common. Heading into a three day weekend this really sucks, but I gave them a call tuesday morning and they told me they would bring they can on Friday. Now mind you that several people in my family use our garage for a gym.  It is absolutely impossible to work out inside of the garage at this time.  It is Absolutely freaking insane how excellent they think this plan is.  With a household of several individuals we remove trash several times a week to thw receptacle. So I called in and of course they made it feel like it was my fault. Then became rude when I asked to speak with someone other than the operations manager. So I asked for the name of the owner since she said they were a small company. I was told his name was Joseph. Lastly the operator refused to provide joseph's last name, So I disconnected the call and began to write this.  Whoever he is I just want him to know that it is my opinion that this company should not be hired.  I also pray that you sell your operations to someone looking to please customers instead of acting as if we owe you something.  As I look at your Facebook page, it appears that 32% of your followers agree with me in that they will never recommend your service.   I don't have time to seek another service , but when life slows down I'll get to it.  So for now you are safe with my couple of dollars but For the hundreds of you that will read this in various places all over the internet, trust me and seek services elsewhere. Great service and I recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you cycle works!!

The service has improved! They were here in the community by 8am and as I got into my car, they waited for me to pull out before them so that I did not have to drive behind them. Thanks for the hospitality. read more

We moved to Canton from Acworth and we requested a recycling bin. They brought out two trash bins & the only reason we realized they didn't do their job correctly is bc we observed that our neighbors have a white bin for recycling and a brown bin for trash. We've called three times asking for this to be corrected and either the drivers or the customer service ladies are incompetent and don't know how to read. Save yourself a headache and the time. Go to Waste Management from the get go. read more

... I've written one review and here's the follow up. My 94-year old mother who is on disability has been a loyal customer since 2017. Recently, her trash has been inadvertently missed SIX TIMES for pick up in a culdesac of FOUR. No real reasoning, just hers was missed. After calling REPEATEDLY and politely to rectify the situation, her garbage was missed again this past Thursday. We were told that they would be by TODAY to pick it up. At 7:29p heading into a holiday weekend, my mother's trash bin is STILL on the curb, except now it's covered with ants and has flies all over it. And since Monday is Labor Day, I'm guessing it'll just have to sit there until next week now. Pretty disgusting customer service at this point. read more

6:00 AM PICKUP - I spoke with the staff regarding my concern of being awaken and I was told not to feel bad because their are other customers that are inconvenienced even earlier then our neighborhood, yes, that makes the entire situation better! Please control the monthly premiums. They seem to increase every month. However, the service is consistent.

They tripled their price so we shopped around and Bossman was 1/3 the price so we switched after our contract was finished. We had given a couple months notice and they never offered a lower price until after we implemented our new pickup service with Bossman. No thank you Cycle Works!!! read more

Cycle works sanitation never missed picking up my trash every Tuesday. I would recommend! Taylor is always great to communicate with.

Great service always allow when pickups are going t be late and when pickups are rescheduled for another day.

With their recent rate increase, they have gone up over 41% in a year. Diesel fuel down, yes there is inflation, but being retired and on a fixed income, this is unacceptable. And yes, I am a current (sadly) customer. read more

Communicates about delays in pick up and very responsive when i call. Have had them for 10 years and have been pleased.

Today was my trash day as usual. Went to pull in the trash bin and it wasn't there. Call the company to check and see if they had any updates on why it was missing. I was told that no one knew why I would have to wait until my next trash day to get a new trash bin. After asking what I should do with my trash until then I was told. Just wait until my next day. read more
