What I like the most about Katts is the honesty of the owner and his mechanics, there were times when I wanted certain work done, (thinking I know more than the mechanics!) and the owner, Mark would tell me "You're Ok!.. the part you questioned is still good and will work for many more miles, save your money! I too, agree very much with the most recent review. They appear to be honest and ethical. I was referred to them by a coworker and I will definitely go back there and refer them to my friends.

If you want it done right this is not the place. I would say if your car doesn't have rust on it I wouldnt take it here. Took my car here to get my exhaust done and the owner first of all came up with a random price. They never measured anything and the parts weren't even looked over since if they did measure or check the parts they would know one of the parts were faulty and not to start, very unprofessional for a exhuast shop that deals with tons of after market exhausts. They then cut a perfectly good pipe instead of the broken one so the broken one can fit. On my car there were two braces that hold the old exhaust and also fit to hold my new one as told in the website I bought from. They somehow put my exhaust on so it wouldn't even fit. I took it to another shop 5 months later to do some adjusts and an actual professional shop told me the damage that was done to my car. They told me the welds were terrible and that the shop should've measured the exhaust in first. I went under the car myself and felt leaks everywhere. I saw the welds when ace mufflers finished my exhaust but I didn't know how it shouldve looked like and was never under the car when It was running to feel the leak. I mean there were leaks everywhere, every connection to a pipe there was a leak THIS EXHUAST SHOP DOENST EVEN KNOW HOW TO DO WHAT THEY ARE MEANT TO DO. If they reply to my review they will most likely say I'm lying. There are plenty of other shops out there. Go to a shop that isn't a one name shop, since they don't have any higher up, no receipts they give you, no invoices, nothing for you to show them so you can get a refund for the shitty job they did. I also bought my exhaust off of AWE and when I came for them for a refund the owner said "we only do warranty for 90 days for for labor and 1 year for for parts" yeah what parts, the ones I bought? The actual, professional shop I went to told me if the welds were even half decent they would've never cracked even after a year but it's not they they were cracked, it just wasn't fully welded. I asked for a refund but of course ace mufflers are scammers and don't give refunds for their terrible jobs. Take your shop anywhere than here.

After about a month, I believed my car would be in good shape after the hefty bill and long wait. After getting to the shop, we were greeted by the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered from another human being. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude, and needs to take a couple of college courses to sharpen her communication and social skills. I fear this is what she lacked, and some. My husband and I noticed dents that weren't on the car before bringing to Duran's, a paint job that was done horribly, an uneven truck, and many other little things that added up. We were extremely dissatisfied. I expressed to the woman at the front that this was a horrible job. Her only response was, "Calm down lady." Not only was this unprofessional, it is beyond unacceptable and disgusting. I then let her know that I was calm, and she took a look at my shirt. This is where things took a turn. She saw the "CPS" logo, and with the most condescending tone said, "Oh, you work for CPS? Typical behavior of you." Excuse me? Not only was she unable to problem solve, communicate, or be a boss - she lacked human decency and she is lucky that we had class and respect. If you want to be embarrassed and shamed, extremely disgusted by that wonderful classy lady working at the front, and if you definitely want your car to look like absolute crap, I highly recommend this auto shop for you. I will never step foot in here and I now have to look for another auto place to fix the nasty job these guys did. A MILLION thumbs down! Shame on you.
