When I went to the counter to purchase the brake fluid he highly suggested I go see someone about my brakes immediately. He also showed me how to add the brake fluid and I proceeded immediately to a repair shop only to discover my brake line hose had been cut. Super insane and hard to even believe that this happened to me. I am forever grateful to this gentleman for urging me to go to the shop. It means a lot that he spoke up when he wasn't even the person helping me. I'm forever grateful.
