I was there today 11/24/25 and the guy working the register was so nice and upbeat I asked him for extra hot mustard which is gladly provided offered me a water cup while I waited for my food and when I asked if he had any fortune cookies with the frosting on it he handed me one yes, if I wanna pick up sticks or forks, anything besides the soy sauce and a hot mustard and he just had a happy infectious personality that left me feeling good He wasn't wearing a name tag so I wasn't able to get his name but to whoever you were kudos to you amd thank you for everything read more

Excellent customer service. Good food, reasonably priced and fast service. Great lunch today on a Saturday afternoon.

I haven't been to Pick Up Stix in a long time so I received an email invitation to come back. Way to treat your customers well!! With any purchase, I could receive a free entree of any kind. I bought a bottle of water and ordered this Salmon Teriyaki. The food was fresh, freshly made to order, tasty and cooked well. The portion was huge. I have more than half the brown rice and veggies remaining -- leftovers for tomorrow. Thank you, Pick Up Stix! Great service -- friendly and quick too! read more

Pick Up Stix is such a good meal!! It's well priced, and portions are great. Thanks so much for being open on Christmas Eve!! It was very crowded because no one wanted to cook. Took a while because it was PACKED. Thank you !! Food was so good. The restaurant is a good size with plenty of seating. Easy to-go ordering, or you can eat there. Also plenty of outdoor seating for the center. I always get the house special tofu. Love that there's a vegan option that's so similar to what I grew up loving (house special chicken). It's sooo good. Shoutout to Edward for always being SO friendly. Seriously such a gem and very attentive. read more

Ed is AMAZING! Very attentive while we were dining in. Food was great! Honey chicken was yummy!

I think there is new ownership but we haven't been here in quite a while so maybe not new... service is very good and you can tell they really want you to be happy with your food. Tried the house chicken and the Kung pao (or pow) if you like Batman...both were very good and it is well worth going here for some good food! read more

The restaurant staff was very nice, the environment was clean and the food was great!

Manager on Duty Edward (Caucasian male, middle age, around 5 ft 8in, brown hair, brown eyes). Since we arrived, trying to place an order to go. Edward was rude from the beginning. Tried to confirm he heard what I asked since he didn't respond stating what I ordered. I asked again to ensure he heard and he said I heard you, where I then replied I asked again because I didn't hear you respond acknowledging the request. Then extremely rude from there on. Blatantly being rude, confrontational in front of my wife and two young daughters. He then threw the crunchy noodles at me when we asked for a couple extra. Don't think Customer service is for this guy. If you read more reviews, it's like he repeatedly does this and some how still has a job there. Poor customers don't deserve to spend money there and get treated like trash. Hopefully the owners fix this problem or you will most likely see more bad posts on this location. Check out Edward in the pic behind the register. If you see him working, I suggest you stay away as he'll ruin the experience of going to eat at Pick up Stix for you. read more

I love Chinese food. My kids love Chinese food. That's why we came to this Pick Up Sticks location. I had to send a good review because of the service. Edward and his employees nailed it. He got everything right. And that's hard to do, especially when a costumer is ordering for his kids. He got two of everything, with plates and two fortune cookies. This makes the process of ordering food with kids a lot easier for me and my family. I really appreciate how quick everything was made too. And you get a lot. At least enough to feed two kids twice in a day. I really appreciate it and will be coming back more. read more

I was so hungry after getting my phone set up at the Verizon store for three hours but I decided to come here and get a snack, I ordered pad Thai noodles with shrimp and chicken with veggies to go. I truly love the Chinese Chicken Salad here. I don't know why this place has only three stars. This is by far the best Pick Up Stix. Ed, the manager, is fantastic, and the rest of the staff are really friendly, too. As a vegan, I appreciate how Ed always helps me find suitable options. Sometimes, you need to change the sauces on a dish to make it vegan. For example, you can order the Kung Pao Tofu and switch the sauce to the house sauce to make it vegan. It's delicious! The portions are generous--enough for two. The store is clean, and there is plenty of parking. read more

I normally go to Panda Express when I want some good old-fashioned fast-food Chinese to go. I've never been to a pickup sticks, and I won't go back. I can't believe I just paid $11 for five little shrimp and the smallest amount of noodles. It took me 4 bites to eat it. When you go to Panda Express they literally heap the noodles, rice with whatever entree you've picked and I can never finish one combo entree by myself. I literally just walked next door to Rubio's to get a taco after eating this miniscule portion lunch!!! The shrimp were okay. But the noodles were drowning in the sauce and I've already mentioned the baby portion. read more

I'm tired of constantly ordering food here and always missing food from my order. I'm not going to drive all the way back again and wait with the hoards of people.
