So I'm doing this review on behalf of my wife My wife has problems with her legs, so it's hard for her to get around sometimes And they were bothering her yesterday immensely, but she was here at Pick N Save running some errands. She got up to the register. Apparently there were some snack bags of Doritos and Cheetos and some other things and there was a sign in front of the chips that mentioned all of the chips that were involved in the Sale that was going on apparently you can get for these things and when they got to the register or actually, she paid for everything and then realized that the chips didn't come off so she went to customer service and they told her point blank that there was not the certain thing that was on sale and that This sign was not in front of the chips so they were arguing with her and to me the number one rule of customer service is the customer is always right so instead of arguing, they should've believed my wife and I'm sorry if she can't walk around very much, but it has something to do with her health And I have always found that the workers here at this specific location are very argumentative and not the nicest people at least those that are in charge of this location. Personally, I think they all need to be replaced myself because I refuse to go to this location. They are grumpy as all heck And are not satisfied workers so this often projects onto the customers and I'm sorry, but this is not how to do things so I think this location needs to get its priorities straight and learn how to speak and deal with customers even into their customer service because that wasn't customer service read more

Good Pick'n Save. Like all the others they have made customers unpaid employees by trying to force the self check out. In other words, a little understaffed, but the workers they do have are helpful and competent though obviously overworked. They have an odd new diversity campaign that does not actually include a great selection of non-White, non-Anglo though they do have some random Mexican, Far East Asian, Southeast Asian, Eastern European this and that. They have a better than average flower and produce section. The whole store is brightly lit and clean. Parking is convenient in a joint use strip mall. read more

Pick n Save is getting to be ridiculously over priced on things one example is in the Deli Department all their salads like potato salad pasta salad coleslaw etc used to be all priced differently per pound now they change it to everything in that case to $ 6.99 Lb. I don't know how they can justify everything the same price These different products do not all cost the same some are cheaper the others n they do not make it there so it's not fresh I feel they are exploiting the customers Financial situation due to what's going on in the world today !! read more

Great store! Employees are nice and helpful. Prices are on target with others in the area. The produce is always fresh and neat. One thing I have noticed is there is always a shortage of carts! You may have to bring one from the parking lot! read more

Even though the food usually tastes good, the Deli service would earn a 1 star because the hot foods that are supposed to be available at 11 a.m. is NEVER available for at least 20 min. Last Friday, the Fish Fry person was acting like a martyr because she was filling in for the person who was supposed to be handling it. Those of us who were waiting were supposed to feel sorry for her? The fish tasted great, but was lukewarm. The side dishes were cold. They must have been on the stacked cart for a long time, because they went in to the heating table cold. Today, I gave them another chance with the fried chicken because it is usually some of the best in the area. Again, it didn't come out until 11:20 am. By the taste of it, they probably hadn't heated up the oil until the moment that they dropped the chicken pieces into the fryer. Regarding the Fish Fry day, 2 assistant managers blew me off about the delayed food and directed me back to the deli. Two deli employees only looked at us and didn't respond at all. I would give 0 stars if I could. They are completely rude and disrespectful. The car side of pickup is a disaster. I place a order for pickup but it was canceled. I tried again and still it was canceled. I will never shop here again. Plus my large group of family and friends won't anymore either. We have switched to Sendik's where the customer service is to notch. The produce at Sendik's is extremely fresh where pick n save produce is crap. Pick n save has lost many loyal consumers. read more

I am thrilled to see that they are requesting customers wear masks but it all seems really pointless when I saw staff stocking shelves with the masks around their necks and the staff checking us out and bagging groceries all had the masks below their nose. Very counterproductive. read more

Tri City Pick n Save, 6462 S. 27th Street, Oak Creek, Wi is simply not a good store in the Kroger chain. I live in the Milwaukee area and have shopped at this store many many times. For the most part, the employees appear to be disinterested in working there and convey a sense of apathy toward customers. This location is oftentimes out of essential items I need and when I ask when their supply will be replenished, no one seems to know at all. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and the following story confirms why I won't shop here any longer (and may quit Pick n Save altogether). Recently a friend of mine was shortchanged a significant amount at the register which could have been resolved "on the spot" (He did not put any money back in his pocket. The cashier could clearly see she miscalculated his change.). Instead of a quick correction, management chose to put him through a lengthy and unnecessary process. The supervisor had to count her entire drawer and, if he was owed more back, he would either have had to wait an undetermined length of time or return to the store. Since he needed to go to work the supervisor said she would call him by noon ... the next day. Mind you, at no point in this transaction did anyone offer an apology or show any sensitivity to the hassle they were putting him through. The next day by late afternoon nobody called him - he had to call them. They told him to drive back to the store to receive the money he was, indeed, shortchanged. They begrudgingly handed him the money without a word of apology or any show of contrition for what could have been resolved at the moment it happened. It makes me wonder if the management and employees even think they have any obligation to their customers ever. Offering a sincere apology is such a simple thing to do, yet it makes a world of difference to those who are inconvenienced or wronged. When it isn't given, it leaves a bad impression on those involved, and all those they know as well. read more
