They went out of their way to help me find the least expensive way for me to ship a large pink wing chair that belonged to my parents from SC to Maine. The other places I consulted, UPS and FedEx, wanted to charge significantly more than the chair was worth (even factoring in sentimental value) and would not pack it for me. (And how, pray tell, was I supposed to pack a chair myself that was about 39" X 37" by 26"?). Well at Jerribob's they told me packing up the chair would be no problem. Bob got it out of my SUV for me, since it was way too heavy for me to lift. He also told me that if I had the chair delivered to a business, instead of a residence, it would be almost half the cost. I guess because they can just drop of the pallet. Less labor. Whahoo! How about that in a world where most people are trying to extract the maximum amount of money from you while providing the minimum amount of service?! This…read moreisn't TSA or immigration at the airport, so I'm not sure what they're doing in here they want no evidence of. The workers present customer service and quick to up charge in pricing. This shop is not like a regular printing place like a FedEx or Kinkos. If you need to print come prepared with your document to photocopy. I tried to email a document to them to print out and they refused even though they have have the capability to. Instead they make you sit down at their computer station which they charge $6 per 30 mins at. The computer is extremely slow and runs like it's using Windows 95. You have to wait for them to log you in. After printing 3 pages which took a total of 5 minutes, they added $2 to my charge for using the computer they made me use. I paid a total of $2.50 for printing 3 black and white pages on a computer that needed updates and ran extremely slow. The set up is unethical to get you to pay more and use their computer. I would not suggest this place to anyone looking to make copies.

I had five boxes that needed shredding which was supposed to be free from MFCU but the truck never showed. So after holding these boxes in my house for over a year I had to suckitup and pay for them to be shredded. I googled shred businesses and 521 Yopp Drive came up without a name of the business. I called the number that came up 910-400-4188. I was on the phone for 11 minutes while driving to the location. I searched more on the phone because I could not find the dang store. You have to click on another section to see the location which then still gives the number above, and then states 521 Yopp Dr #214, and .50 cent per pound but could be higher. This is not acceptable information. I finally saw the Postal Annex while driving around looking for 521 Yopp. I went in very frustrated and told the girl I have been driving around looking for 521 Yopp. The website is horrible. The number I called is not yours. Dedra was very understanding and sweet. She came out to the car and help load the boxes (because of my bad back) and then kindly took care of the process. I was thinking 50 cents a pound and when the pounds kept going up (didn't realize how much it all really weighed) I was surprised that it only cost me $45 when I was thinking $25. When I got home I saw the price per pound at .99 cent. Wow that is not what the website says. So I called the next day to inform them that they need to have Shred Nation fix the info. My suggestion would be for Annex Postal to but their own info so it pops up under shredding searches. The reason for 4 stars, is the shred nation portion but staff gets 5 stars! Instead of contacting me at the provided number/email, the packages were sent to my old address far away from my current home (have no idea where they got this old address) Contacted FedEx to pick up the packages, however they never came to pick them up. Luckily, the old neighbor was able to drop them off at a half way point. This location, which I thought was a FedEx site. When I arrived here, the guy states they charge over $10 for a "pick up fee" for these packages! This was not mentioned on the phone when I called to ask if they could hold the packages..... $10!! FedEx did not deliver them correctly and I'm penalized for trying to get my packages at an authorized FedEx dealer. Dude didn't even ask if he could help me get the over 50lb package into my car. Not cool.
