This is the best pizza in Fort Worth. You can't get great NY style in Texas often but this is a winner every single time. For the people complaining about paper plates or whatever get a life, it's pizza, and it's incredible on a paper plate or a napkin. I'd give this place 100 stars if I could! Great food and amazing service. Really enjoyed the ambiance and attention to individual orders. Ordered various pizzas, lasagna, lobster ravioli & Greek salad. The delivery was really fast. My large Supreme pizza was fantastic. The sauce has a nice spice to it, crust was crisp but chewy, the veggies were super fresh and plentiful. The Canadian bacon has a very nice smoke flavor. All of this combined created a fantastic Pizza. I also ordered mozzarella sticks. They were so so. Kind of your run-of-the-mill frozen guys, The marinara that they were served with it was really good. Overall I am super pleased. Lots of people comment on their customer service. I agree that the workers DON'T SEEM TO HAVE ANY PATIENCE (at any time of the day), are on edge, and seem rude. I understand the pressure of a lunch rush but come on, I didn't even go during lunch. I went at a time that was not busy at all and the worker who greeted us at the beginning of the food line/counter was VERY IMPATIENT. I had never gone before and was looking at the entire menu, as well as the pizzas they already had out. He must have asked us what we wanted 5 times in a row, one question after the next. There was a pizza with only veggies out and I asked what kind it was. He stated spinach, mushroom, and tomato. I will review this below. I could see the ingredients so I assumed he would've told me if it was their specific "veggie pizza" from the menu or not but my my. My mistake for not asking a specific question haha. Once you order, they put the slice back into the oven for a second and you move down to pay. They have a $5 MINIMUM TO USE CREDIT CARDS, which I always state is so annoying by business owners. I get they have to pay fees associated with using credit cards and blah blah blah but try another method for making up for the fees. Gesh. Their pizzas are a decent size and you'll pay around ~4 for one. I think the cheese pizza is the cheapest at $3.50. They have several other pasta dishes, pizza rolls/calzones, and etc. for ~$8.99. read more

With the constant long lines and hype, you would think this place has some pretty special slices of pizza. Well, you would be wrong. To put it simply, it's overpriced and underwhelming. The pizza is actually slightly below average, indistinguishable from your every day food court pizza at the mall. I tried 3 slices, which cost me $20. The meat lover double crust looked good but the sauce was akin to the processed/packaged sauce pouch you would find inside the pizza lunchable. It was tart and tasted straight out of a can. I had to scrape off the sauce to finish it. The vegetable one had some good spinach but the sliced tomatoes were just raw and tasted out of place. The pepperoni and jalapeño was lacking in heat. What a gem this place is! Very surprised the yelp rating isn't higher. I ordered the special -spinach ravioli with a salad and bread. The house salad comes with their homemade tomato vinaigrette, and I haven't tasted a better one. I devoured my salad- the lettuce was crisp and the dressing was just divine -so flavorful, tart and tangy with the right amount of seasoning- I almost wished my salad was drenched in it. That spinach ravioli- could the pasta have been cooked any better? I am visiting out of town, so if not for the fact that I ate with someone I just met today, I would have asked for a second bread roll to sop up all that delicious sauce left in the bowl. I also am watching my calories, so definitely didn't need to drink it straight out of the bowl - but what a waste. The filling inside the pasta was also delicious. The raviolis just had a great bite. And for $11.90 after tax, perfect amount of food for lunch. I also love their layout- super quick service- an assortment of calzones and pizzas and strombolis are already made up and once you pick- they can reheat and serve you within minutes. Don't get me wrong, when you are out late or can't sleep and you want food in Sundance Square, this place is open till 3am! Like many others have said in reviews, the staff have a very low tolerance and are a little on edge and I understand how they can come across rude at times. However, they do typically deal with Drunk people this late at night. They know what they are doing when it comes to pizza by the slice. They serve it hot and fresh. Taste is spot on, but it is not the best you can find. The spot is very trendy and a nice place to grab a slice. We were very disappointed in their desert options and taste. Solid lunch spot just off of Sundance Square - they get your food out quickly and the pasta dishes, pizza and salads are all good quality and made in-house. There was one guy taking orders, making pizza, warming pizza, & calling out orders. This guy was making it all happen & not even breaking a sweat! We ordered pizza that was freshly being made & well worth the wait! So tasty, just like from back east. $3 for a large piece of cheese pizza & $3.50 for pepperoni. Not bad for a tasty treat! While waiting in line the Strambolis were looking tasty as well as they were HUGE! Everything is freshly made & goes as quickly as it is made. The chicken was seasoned and sliced perfectly and the sauce was amazing lots of yummy flavor, and the raviolis were quite stuffed. Very good portion sizes and the fresh bread was the icing on the cake to dip in my pasta sauce. The food was great for the price and convenience. Definitely a go-to place for lunch if you work in downtown Fort Worth. Probably not a good place to drive to, but if you are already in downtown, it's worth it! The place got a bit crowded right around noon and seating was becoming scarce. We ordered the chicken Alfredo pizza, lobster ravioli, garlic cheese bread and some cheesecake. The pizza was delicious. I've had "chicken Alfredo" pizza from other places that were quite good, but this place made me realize you don't have to put so much extra toppings to make it good. It's like they took the time to prepare a delicious chicken meal with all the trimmings, not basic seasoning, and then placed it with love and care on the pizza. You don't need a lot of other toppings when there's actual good quality chicken. When we tried the lobster ravioli I thought it looked normal, but boy was I wrong. I didn't think it would taste better than the pizza, but that sauce was amazing. It had enough lobster to know that it was real lobster, not anything cheap, but not too much where it overpowers everything with a lobster taste or lobster smell. I don't know where to start on that sauce, but dipping the garlic cheese bread in it was *chef's kiss! Garlic cheese bread was great, but I have to go try that cheesecake now. read more

Pizza quality itself is ok. People who work there are cordial. But a few things are very offsetting. Number one -- they have a bouncer. First question is, "why?" It's not a club. It has nice decor. It is not a "slummy" place. Not only did he regulate who used the bathroom, but he was telling people where they could and couldn't sit. If you want business, this is not the way to attract it. And even if you are busy, which they weren't, this is not the way to manage a business. Second, I love crushed red peppers on my pizza. When looking for it I found it chained to the counter. Really? Crushed red pepper is not expensive, and when you have it chained to the counter it just portrays a complete lack of class. If you are really that concerned about crushed red pepper, I take that as an insult because you are assuming I want to steal your $2 can of crushed red pepper and do not give me the respect I deserve as a customer. In summary, I came here with friends, and while the pizza was decent I won't be coming back any time soon. Avoid if you can. read more

If you like late-night pizza and being treated like a mushroom, put this place on your map. But if you like luxury amenities like restrooms for customers and complimentary parmesan and red pepper with your pizza then you may just want to go for a more traditional evening stop, like Ol' South Pancake House, where condiments come with the food at no additional charge and you're less likely to be insulted by the manager for asking for another slice of pizza upon finding hair in the one you previously ordered. If they double-charge your card, good luck getting them to merely fix it by issuing a credit or comping your meal on the next go 'round. When you respond by saying that's kind of sketch you can count on them to default to using censored-for-PG-audience vocabulary directly speaking to you. After a good handful of visits and forgetfulness, it's important to recognize the power of competition and monopoly I'm the marketplace. Granted - it's just pizza - but being the only place open late in the downtown area gives these guys full authority to make it the most miserable experience possible and it's obvious the "Son of the Owner" will take max advantage of this. I feel sorry for the guys that work there, since the "Son of the Owner," who insists he goes by no other name, refers to them as "just labor" but has no problem refusing restrooms to customers and charging $3.50 for condiments for a cheap pizza profit and terrible customer service turnaround. read more
