Oh boy does this place smell delicious. I have a feeling it's going to be GOOD.
Tripa tacos:
Perfectly cooked to a tender firmness. Plenty of cilantro, onions & meat on a double corn tortilla. Pretty greasy. 4/5

I can't help, but smile because these are pretty darn good tacos. The tripa is well marinated & dances on your tongue with it's hearty flavor. The cilantro could be a bit fresher. 4/5
Skirt steak tacos:
Appearance -
One thin strip. Plenty of cilantro & onion. A bit disappointing, but looks tasty. 4/5

Meat is brilliantly marinated. It's also a bit tough. Everything comes together really well. 4/5
Grilled fish dinner:
Appearance - Comes with salad, rice, fries & tortillas. A delectably moist grilled creation. 4/5
Taste -
Some of the best fish I've had. Perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of salt. Really puts a smile on your face. 5/5
Lengua burrito dinner:
Appearance -
Your standard burrito dinner, but a nice chunky one. Comes with beans & rice. Nothing really stands out, but the burrito is neatly packed. The cow tongue does still have the rough skin on some parts. 3/5
Taste -
A decent burrito. The lengua needs better marinade since you can hardly taste it. Some of the tongue also still has the "skin" on it which is the first time I've seen that which weirded me out a bit seeing the spiky bristles of the cow tongue. 3/5
Overall this Taqueria Picazo is a great Mexican restaurant. The food is delicious & won't break the bank. They also aren't one of those places that drown you in extra sauces which is a plus. Them throwing in the extra tortillas was also a very nice touch.
