I used to love this place. When the owners were there, the place was impeccably clean, the food was delicious and service was always pleasant. Restaurant is located on 441 in a strip mall near Sandalfoot. It's in the same strip mall as the Cumberland Gas Station. Really doesn't look like anything from the outside, but the inside is very nicely decorated. The restaurant is a buffet style that charges you by the weight of each plate ($14.99/lb). Just come in and sit down and you'll be greeted by a server and you order your drinks, and just walk up to the buffet line. They have nice selections of salad and veggies. Starches, cooked dishes and fried banana all tasted awesome. There's also desserts too but we don't try any this time. I just wished that they have more of the meat selections in the future. When we went there they only have Picanha, beef ribs, Flank Steak, bacon wrapped chicken (kind of dry), sausage (tasted very delicious!!), lamb and that it. Went on a recommendation from a friend who grew up in that area. And they didn't let us down. I had a few friends visiting me and went to Boca and wanted to try something different. The bbq meat was so good. I tried their pork sausages and bacon wrapped chicken. They didn't have lamb today but we were told that if we call them a bit in advance they can get that ready for us. To be remembered for next time. I loved their mussels salad. So unique. Fried plantains were so good. They managed to get a nice crispy skin without the grease. From the desserts section: cheese flan and peach marmalade were the best. I savored the coconut and condensed milk dessert. Service was great. The staff answered all our questions patiently and made sure we were comfortable. The ambiance was super casual and had a lot of room to move around. Driving down from somewhere we can't remember, we yelped this restaurant. All -you- can -eat restaurants are not always my go to because the food is rarely that good. This place took great taste to a whole other level. Every selection that touched my fork was absolutely delicious. The meats (all types) were so tender, juicy and flavorful. The plentiful sides selection was exquisitely made and worked so well with any and all the meats. Desserts were heavenly. We recently returned only to have another amazing experience. I love the food but lately the famous PICANHA doesn't taste like picanha. Besides the food, it's the tips, be careful if there's 6 people or more they will add 18% tip automatically. Why? They only serve the drinks, nothing else. I think it's ridiculous. read more

A suggestion from my Brazilian coworker, a buffet style small place. They charge you by the weight of you're plate. Small buffet display but everything was good and healthy. Quinoa and the muscles were my favorite. They have a barbecue section with cooks that will prepare the meat at you're liking. The dessert buffet was impressive, flan custards and coconut. The staff here was really nice and very helpful. This was our first and probably our last time visiting this restaurant. I wanted to like this place as I love Brazilian steakhouse/BBQ. It's laid out cafeteria style with old tables and chairs and no discernible decor. My son said said it smelled like urine in here. The food was strange and mediocre. Though the cook asked me what temperature I preferred, which was medium rare, what I received was well done instead. The flavor was good on the chicken, picanha, and flank just really overcooked. The sides that were supposed to be hot were not, this can't be safe. The empanadas were great, as was the rice. They make you weigh your plates before you take them to your table, as this is a pay by the pound establishm (my first in 40 yrs)The best part of this place was the rapport the staff had with the customers and their welcoming attitude. It's a good thing they have a loyal customer base as I'm honestly not sure how they stay in business. There were maybe 7 tables of parton's the entire we were there. For COVID, there are gloves, along with the splash screens, and masks. Social distancing tables could use some work. A few more should be blocked off or removed. I visited at an off-hour. There are more traditional churrascaria items, such as Feijoada, and some wonderful salads, as this place caters to Little Brazil, around it. The meat is the star. They don't bring it around to your table. You go to the window where they cut it. You pay by what they weigh. You get a bonus for eating your vegetables. There is a premium for all-meat trays. You can go back as much as you want. They weigh, and add everything. Service was excellent. On weekends they have some extra specialty items laid out at the buffet -- today it was fried plantains, pig ears, short ribs, and pork rinds. The meat station has all sorts of delicious meat -- picanha (my favorite), short ribs, flank steak, etc. My absolutely favorite is the chicken hearts! I highly recommend it. Every time I go to this restaurant the waiters, cashiers, and meat station attendants are all extremely friendly and helpful.
