Want to start off by saying that we are 100% satisfied customers. The home we purchased had no window coverings and we knew we wanted Silhouette blinds, but were unsure of who to call. We saw that Debra had great reviews here on Yelp and decided to give her a try. She arrived promptly to our appointment and was able to show us exactly what we wanted while explaining ways to save some money as well. I was really appreciative of this because she could have just sold us the most expensive ones line and we wouldn't have even known there was a less expensive route. I was extremely happy with the services provided by Debra Piazza. I needed both carpet and window coverings. An added benefit to her services is her design background. She was very adept at suggesting the perfect coverings. She was able to bring all the samples to my home and show me what they would look like in my home. Very helpful and so much easier than shopping in a store!!! The carpet was only for one room, but she recommended the perfect one and I could not be happier. The installers were very professional, showing up on time and getting the installation completed with minimal disruption to my house. As for my window coverings, she did a great job in suggesting cellular shades. I have single pane windows and can truly feel the difference with them down. No more drafts...yeah!!! I have an "antique" craftsman bungalow with a unique window arrangement in our kitchen and I wanted to replace the shoddy installation previously done on those windows by another vendor.
