I trust everyone, so I just kind of let it go and then called tonight. She said she would have her manager. Call me back. No one call me back I know I'm not the first person to complain about the company that they use, have read allot online and on resort. They string you along and along until you want to give up. Which I was doing. It sad as when they weee in San Carlos I spent 20 grand here and was pleased with the furniture. Not sure what happened but the fact they the owner closed 2 stores may be a sign!!!! Every department! There's clearance for candles, body wash, men's fragrances, kitchen wares, food and drink, furniture, everything! They also mark down anything from a recent holiday, up to 90% off!! Come on, in this economy who doesn't love a deal? If you can't find one of the clearance sections, just ask someone. All of the employees are so nice and helpful. My favorite clearance areas are the 33% and 55% off food racks located at the back of the store. They are loaded with yummy food - like salami, pasta, gnocchi, baked goods, sodas, coffee, tea, chips, candy - and everything is heavily discounted.
