This is your average pizza chain that offers decent priced pizzas. It's not like other places where they pile on the ingredients/ toppings. However, the pizza is still good. I usually order pretty simple pizza: a Hawaiian pizza. I order online, which is an easy task, and then go pick it up. It's not too complicated. Could the value be better elsewhere? Maybe. But this place isn't bad for what it offers. It's all about preference and sometimes I prefer that the Piara pizza. Customer service at the location is mediocre. They do their job; nothing to ride home about. read more

Probably the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered through the order option on the Piara Pizza website. My food was delivered by a third party and was missing items. It only gives the option to call the location to fix any issues. However, they said now I have to drive a 40 minute round trip to pick up my missing items. This is the whole reason I ordered delivery. Then I checked the "third party" tracker and it says I was only charged $63.80 BUT my bank account was charged $85.29. We were missing an order of breadsticks and 3 sides of ranch. read more

This place sucks went to try it ask the girl for plain wings and a large pizza. It took her three times and she got somebody else to help me then when they handed me my order, they gave me hot wings and I said that's not what I ordered, and this old man came out Telling me that they were not hot wings when you could clearly see that they were hot wings he said maybe you should learn how to order I said no maybe you should hire somebody that understands what your customers are asking for and he said that's perfect perfect why they have me And I said that maybe you should work the counter and do your job and he come from behind the counter, screaming chasing me out the door taking my picture calling me names acting like a crazy man. I'd suggest not going there. If I were the owner, I wouldn't want my employee chasing customers out the door, screaming and taking their pictures through their windshield like so what what are you gonna take my picture for? Take it if you want it I smile for him. He was acting so crazy. I thought he was gonna hit me. I was gonna call 911 because he was so crazy. read more

Who ever the girl working tonight 9/20/24 at 9:00 needs some serious customer service training. I walk in to order and was greeted with "yes". I should have walked out but it's late and needed a quick dinner. I looked past the rude greeting and proceed to pay. I give her two fives and she inspects them like I'm giving her fake money. Always the best service and perfect for a quick food pick up. Not to mention the pizza is great quality. You can just tell it's fresh and real food unlike Pizza Hut and little Caesar's where you question what you're putting into your body. And the price! You really can't beat that. I wanted to order from a local place to support them during the covid quarantine, rather than a huge chain, but I was also dying for a good stuffed crust. Lo and behold I've found my new go-to pizza place! Their pizza is delicious, uncomplicated, and extremely cheesy. Like, costco pizza cheesy, but somehow less greasy. Probably 90% cheese, 7% crust, and 3% sauce, which to me is the PERFECT ratio. If their wings are just as good, I'll never go anywhere else again. read more

The place has decent good pizza for the price. Have ordered in the past and was ready when we're came to pick it up. Recently I wanted to order again. We called to see when they'd stop taking orders. A lady told us 11:15pm because they closed at 11:30pm. We called back at 10:50pm and we're told no more orders were being taken.....so confused. I think if you dont want to cook anything else because the kitchen is cleaned for the night you should tell people call before 1030pm to place orders. It happened twice already. So sad! read more

I stopped by to grab my kids a quick lunch on the way to a local park. The pizzas were ready and I didn't have to wait, a huge plus when you have kids. DOWNSIDE they were far from hot or even close to warm. They actually tasted like they were made the night before and heated up in the microwave. By the time my kids got to the crust the pizza wasn't even chewable. The pizza was very tough. This was my second time eating here I don't remember it tasting so bad. I wish I would have just stopped my Sams club and picked up a pizza there. I won't be coming back. I gave this spot 2 stars because the guy who helped me was very friendly. I needed 3 plates (which they don't carry) but he did go check to see if he could find any for me. read more

My first time here and I picked it because I always pass the place when going home. When I looked it up, it had great reviews so I decided to check it out. I had the large pizza chicken barbecue without cilantro. The pizza isn't greasy like other pizza place. The barbecue sauce is just right, and it's not overpowering the taste of the chicken. The crust isn't chewy nor hard to bite, just right. I'm going back for more and try their wings. I ordered from Yelp or grubhub, pickup time is on point. Service is great as well. Pizza said it's large but I finished 3/4 in one sitting or maybe it's that just delicious. It's for you to find out. These dam people I walk in request 4 regular pepperoni pizzas ( simple order ) right ?!!' ... UMMMM NO THEY GAVE ME 3 pepperoni and 1 cheese pizza and the cheese pizza was the last pizza how convenient and I normally check my orders and this time I didn't. Not bad for the price, I like how you can add any toppings (for an additional price of course). So it's not like other hot and ready pizza places that have either cheese or pepperoni only. Also the breadsticks were good. The wings were BOMB! I like how they are not drenched in hot sauce but still have a spicy kick. This place is walking distance from my house so we will be back. read more

I think she said the recipe came from Vinny's Mom. It is worth every decadent calorie. The fluffy whipped cream is light yet rich, sweet but not too sweet, just the perfect amount of wonderfulness that dessert should be, and sadly, often isn't. Finally, I have to mention the people that work there. I don't know exactly what goes on in the kitchen, but my food is always fast, abundant, and hot - unless it's supposed to be cold. I'll repeat the word delicious here, because it is. So Vinny and his kitchen team are A+. The servers are great. Leti and Laurie greet me by name, with big smiles. They remember my preferences. They are never too busy to call out thank-you and have a great day when I leave. Patsy, the owner, is often on the floor serving, too, and she has gone out of her way to check-in with me and ask after my well-being. I appreciate their kindness, which is ever-present during slow, and busy times of the day. Vinny's is not fancy, but it's warm and homey, and yes, here's that word again: delicious. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
