All with lots of glass and shelves. Additionally I have some seriously heavy furniture. My garage had shelves up high packed with boxes. I knew I couldn't do it on my own. I called around, after speaking with Jessica I was sure I was dealing with the right company. There was no hidden costs or surprises. The crew were friendly and pleasant to be around, and Jessica was a great help as I was trying to figure out where to put the furniture in my new home. With the exception of one shelf that did get damaged, everything arrived in perfect condition. The damaged shelf they took to a glass company and had a new shelf made at their expense, and actually brought it to my home and installed it for me. I highly recommend them and plan to use them in the near future when my daughter moves.

Got a deal on Angie's list to clean AC vents but decided to trade for a room and a half of carpet cleaning and dryer vent. Lance was an accommodating guy and he took the trade. They showed up on time. The worker was a nice guy but worked waaaay to fast for my liking. Seems like carpet cleaning should be done slowly. Surprise! This morning my newly cleaned carpet from the day before still looked dirty?? I pulled out my own carpet cleaner and sure enough, black water. It was still very dirty. Moral: Anytime you buy a discount through groupon or Angie's list or whatever, you have to ask yourself, why are they discounting their services anyway? Will you get the same service if you paid full price. Word of mouth is the way service companies drive new business and doing good work, the first time, and consistently each time after, is how they keep good customers and get recommended.
