Thanks Tony K. for the recommendation!…read more Our "new" piano hadn't been tuned in at least the twenty years it was at my parents' house, and I am so happy that we were able to get such a great technician in so quickly to check it out. As the last appointment of the day, we had already been pushed back almost an hour and a half, and the work that was needed took almost two hours to complete. I really appreciate that Michael kept the appointment and provided such professional service. For needing so much work, our piano sounds really, really great.

One important quality is that they weren't creating any false sense of urgency. Radon isn't great for health and absolutely should be addressed, but it also wasn't a threat to my health. The installer was professional and also patient with my questions. He fully explained exactly what the system was doing, what it was going to look like, and A couple weeks later, the electrician came through to permanently hook up the mitigation system. He was also professional and very personable, and made sure we had no questions. With the provided follow up test that we just plopped in a usps box, our radon levels dropped from over 9 to less than .9! One thing to keep in mind if you're getting a radon mitigation system installed: you'll have a big ol white tube going up the side of your house And out your roof. For a higher fee (I believe it was 400), you can have them route it out your garage to be inconspicuous. Last thing: we were worried about the fan being loud. I can't hear it at all. Lifetime did a great job and thank you so much for all the work!

I met Scott and was immediately impressed. I had outstanding inspectors back in South Central Wisconsin that had set the bar for HIGH expectations. Scott hit that bar and I've never looked back. Anytime my other inspectors are on vacation, I always give Scott for the opportunity to come over to do the inspection because I know he is going to have integrity, be straightforward, doesn't the report to cover his butt, not an alarmist, and definitely NOT a 'dollar' store inspector. He explains things in layman's terms to the buyers,(and sellers for pre sale inspections) answers all their questions. And if he doesn't know something, he says so and that he will find out, and DOES. Just a great guy and resource for new buyers and seasoned realtors. We highly recommend Scott!!
