My Therapist, Brian Werner guided my sessions with a careful eye and good and detailed instructions. Emphasis on gaining strength and special exercises for training the brain's function towards regaining good balance. Brian challenged me to do just a little bit more each time..Being aware of when I was getting POOPED!!! I began one exercise of sitting in a chair and trying to stand up without using the arms of the chair to boost me up!!! FORGET .. Then he raised the seat a couple of inches and I was able to stand without the extra boost... After several sessions, I was able to do a few reps a day, using the chair WITHOUT the extra inches added!!!! Exercises, standing on one foot, eyes closed for 5 counts... Balance is getting better by the day... I will continue doing the series of exercises at home, on my own and am expecting good progress... All in all, a good experience... Even if you've used them in the past they are no longer SAFE there!! It's a horrible facility from the top to the bottom!!

We arrived at 7:46, only to find the office closed, the doors locked, and no one answering the phone. The hours posted on the door and listed on the website both indicated that the office opened at 7:00 a.m. When my daughter called shortly after 8:00 to explain what happened, she was told that the small print on the door says the hours are "subject to change." If office hours change, especially when patients have scheduled appointments, patients should be notified. What was even more disappointing was the response she received: "What would you like me to do for you? We just walked in." There was no apology or acknowledgment that the situation was their responsibility. My daughter followed their instructions, arrived on time, and was unable to receive the care she had scheduled because the office was closed. We will not be returning and hope management addresses this so another patient doesn't have the same experience.

I never leave with out more mobility and a sense hat I am moving forward. Nate is the third Pt that I have worked with - and his abilities and knowledge far exceed the others. He has along history in shoulder owrk, and it shows - and I benefit. I cannot recommend Cora Estero and Nate highly enough.
