The whole staff encourages patients to interact with other patients and the other therapists. They make it fun, encouraging, and a place that you want to return to. What's most concerning is the complete lack of communication and urgency from this office. We have repeatedly called for updates, and no one returns calls unless we constantly follow up. There has been no proactive outreach from the doctor or staff at any point.My husband had an X-ray done, and we still have not received any guidance on results or next steps. Meanwhile, he is now out of medication and in significant pain, with no support from the provider managing his care. Due to this lack of responsiveness and concern, we are now forced to seek help at urgent care. This level of neglect is unacceptable. Patients deserve timely communication, proper follow-up, and a sense that their condition matters. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience here.
