There was more dance style technique than I expected, however the slow focused movements really helped to target specific muscles which was great. I just found out that the lady was *Ashley A* the Yoga Instructors girlfriend. Not a very good look for both the company and the instructor. On multiple occasions her gf which i now know who she was, would have a sour tone/attitude whenever I would be the last one to leave. *P.S* I AM always the last one to arrive and to leave. I like to take my time and never rush, especially after a yoga sesh when i feel so relaxed. And the other yoga instructors can confirm this about me. And on this day I wasn't the last one, there was about 5 members there that left bamboozled and shocked at the disrespect that they had witnessed. Besides that, Lisa, Natalie, Maricel are All VERY GOOD instructors. And I am thankful to have learned from them. I can say the same about Ashley, but that incident and her not being a professional and letting a member of Urbancore get blatantly disrespected is a very bad look. Keep your personal life situations outside of the workplace !!!
