Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The management is awful, and the lane maintenance is completely subpar. Between my son and I, we have had multiple bowling balls severely damaged by these lanes. One of my balls has suffered damage so extensive that it required a full resurface on four different occasions. Even worse, both of us have brought in brand-new balls, only to have them gouged and damaged on day one of hitting the lanes. Whenever an incident happens, they will address the immediate mechanical issue, but they completely neglect to maintain the lanes to prevent it from happening again. It has become such a frustrating cycle that I actually dropped out of my league. I refuse to pay their high prices just to risk destroying my equipment week after week. Through all of this, management has never once reached out to apologize or rectify the situation. I know it's become such a widespread issue that they recently started fixing ball damage in-house, but frankly, I'd much rather pay out of pocket to take my gear to my trusted pro shop so I know the repairs are done correctly. If you care about your bowling equipment, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I had to walk up and try the door to see if it was unlocked. It was, so we went in and were immediately transported back to the 1970s--or so it seemed. The desk clerk told us that the lanes were built 25 years ago and nothing seems to have changed since then. Still, though the place looked dirty, overall, the lanes were in excellent shape. We each bowled a set and had fun doing it. The retro atmosphere is nice and reminded me of my semi-pro days in the early 1970s. When we went to pay the very reasonable $6 dollar per game fee, we were surprised that they only accepted cash, so beware. We had enough to cover the costs, though, without having to use the convenient ATM standing nearby.

We had to ask twice for tables to be clean and ended up gathering them ourselves in order to sit down. The food was good though we ordered two pizzas some pitchers of soda and beer and some nachos. I do believe they should have a wider selection of food sold but I know most of the time that doesn't really fall on the management but more so the actual corporation. Price was also not too bad for food. For the actual bowling it was really fun I paid about $120 for about 7 people to bowl with shoes included apparently it was a special and you can bowl until they close. The equipment seemed really really old though I think this place is due for a remodel. The pins would fall on their own with no ball in sight, the balls would not go into the chute and instead roll back on the actual lane and get stuck and at times the whole system would just freeze and during those intense moments where we were trying to crown a winner the experience is just ruined. Overall the atmosphere was alright there were about 5 other family and they bunched us all up in the same booths instead of spreading everyone around to give people more space. The music was okay and the place didn't really scream fun. I think this place had lots of potential despite the age of the building by just tweaking a couple things which would make everyone's experience that much more enjoyable. Will I be back soon? Maybe not. Do I want to be back? Of course. Given there is basically no places in town like this I think this place has lots of room for improvement.

Customer service was on point ... the server checked on us on a regular. They even have a little arcade to distract you while waiting for your turn to bowl. They have a pretty decent looking bar and some delectable bar foods. Pizza, fries, I think I even saw mozzarella sticks on the menu. I called the local Bowlero number, and was redirected to book a reservation ( press 1, & you get corporate)... Long story short, I found out that if you say YES to the salesperson asking if your celebrating ANYTHING, they tack on 21% which for my group was almost $100 extra, (they don't tell you this). I asked if that came with decorations? NOPE Cake? NOPE... so please be cautious and just book a reservation if necessary.. they still tack on 10%, which is ridiculous, so it's best to just walk in if you can. In my case I couldn't afford to be turned away for a lack of lanes, so it cost me $40 extra for basically nothing. PROS: Here's the great part that earned 5 stars; once we arrived, we had the most amazing service, care, and "little extras" everywhere. The local Bowlero doesn't cheap-ass like corporate. They had to move our reservation, so they offered some free food. Drinks and shots were VERY generous, if we had an issue Rob ( Mgr) was all over it, and made sure we were happy. Kimmy and Samantha were fun, friendly bartenders, and Samantha even iced my wine glass since the chardonnay wasn't cold yet. Mya was very attentive with food & drinks, and served our chicken strips in a warmer, since it was a huge order .. we enjoyed them for hours. Instead, we ended up leaving early despite our game still having over a half hour left, going to BJ's (great experience and customer service) to eat, and spending almost double what we had planned because we received no service at all during our time here. When we first arrived, our waitress brought us three waters at 7:30 when our lane time started, but after that we were completely forgotten. About 35 minutes into our bowling time, we still had not been greeted to order food or drinks, even though we saw our waitress repeatedly walking back and forth servicing the same three lanes on the far left servicing the same men over and over. I eventually had to walk up to the bar myself to order drinks because no one had come to our lane. Bartender was great and attentive, and took my drink order right away. When I returned, I asked a busser walking by if we could get a waitress and was told, "I'll go find her." She later came back and said she couldn't find her but thought someone else would help us. However, both employees continued taking care of the same lanes and never came over to check on us. Again, I asked the lady that helped us check into our bowling lane if we can please get a waitress to put a food order in with. She never came. I once again had to walk to the bar myself to order more drinks because our child was thirsty and we still had not had anyone come take our order. As I was walking back to our lane with two sodas and a drink in my hands, the same employee that assisted with check us in to bowling asked, "She hasn't come to take your order?" I said no, and she responded, "Oh, sorry," before i walked over to our lane. By that point, we had already been there for an hour and 25 minutes and had received absolutely no service beyond the original waters. Not once, if there was cameras will they see the waitress or waitor make it even close to our lane. Not once did a waitress come to lane 1 to take our order or check if we needed anything. I spoke with the manager and explained everything because our child's experience was ruined. We booked two hours to bowl, have fun, and enjoy a family night, but our child was hungry and by the time anyone finally came over, our bowling time was almost over. The manager offered an appetizer or brownie, but at that point it was too late. This is actually the third time we have had issues receiving any kind of service while booking a bowling lane at this location. I completely understand that busy nights, short staffing, weekends, or holidays can make things difficult, but this was a quiet Wednesday night and the location was not busy. There was no reason we should have been ignored the entire time. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt the first two times, but after the exact same issue happening repeatedly, I can understand why the reviews for this location are so poor. Spending this much money for a family experience and leaving disappointed every single time is extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, we have learned our lesson and will not be returning.
