Travis was excellent to work with! · His exercise regimen was extremely effective. I continue to use it on a daily basis just because it makes my back feel so good after sitting in an office chair all day, even though my back pain has largely subsided by this point. · At the end of each session he always leaves ample time free to ask any questions · For times when the back pain was especially bad, he was able to do dry needling. The man knows how to work a needle! It always made a very big difference in reducing pain. · In the last session, he walked me through a very comprehensive way to think about the lifestyle of dealing with any back pain that may continue to come up: self-massage with a tennis ball, exercises for strengthening and for generally keeping active, stretches, and "the why" behind it all to ensure I had a good understanding of under what circumstances which of those items would be most effective for what I was feeling. I had been going for months after shattering one part of my body, and fracturing another. Even…read morethough my surgeon/physician approved treatment for months in advance, the occupational therapist, Ty, who had been treating me for the shattered bone injury, refused to treat me any longer; berated and chastised me for not healing as she thought I should, told me my recovery was going backwards, and made a unilateral decision to stop treating me. She was incredibly hostile and unprofessional. It was a bizarre and disturbing experience. It's too bad, because all the physical therapists are all very good, as I was seeing them for my other fractured limb. My health care team recommended another center, where I will once again resume treatment, for both my injuries, as instructed by my surgeon/physician.

She had surprising, drill-down knowledge of my male-centric issues and had a pointed empathy that really struck a cord (letter changed for the intended bad pun). In addition to all that, Ingrid gave me some great pointers on how to exercise in a smarter way that doesn't tax the body as hard as traditional stuff. It's a tack I'm going to take from now on to protect against injury in the future. So, if you're ailing about something, go. You'll leave there feeling better and smarter about your body. I promise.

"It was HEAVEN" I was referred to Jimmy by a good friend…read more She told me "He talks a lot during session, but you'll never get a better massage." Knowing this, I went in and had a 90-minute massage. The ambiance was lovely and it was a comfortable space. And we talked. A lot. But Jimmy is so fun and interesting, it was like spending time with an old friend. The laughter was equally therapeutic to the massage. I have been getting professional massages since the 80's. When I left Jimmy's, I realized that every other massage I'd had, had been "formulaic" (up and down one side, flip and do the same.) Jimmy was so different. He READ MY BODY and I had my first really THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE! It was heaven! What surprised me was that, when I left I was ENERGIZED! (I'm used to feeling like a bowl of Jello after.) Jimmy is very knowledgeable and found troubled parts I didn't even know I had! I have already scheduled my next visit and will be a regular, for sure!

I can sleep on my left side (after a year)! The office staff is friendly and professional and safe. 2020 - Super professional and friendly team: Aaron cured my shoulder and made all those exercises fun. Actually he stopped the shooting pain with one thumb the first day and ever since then, I've been working on mobility and strength, but without the excruciating pain. Staff -- Kenesha and Emily are great. This is truly the only office, medical or otherwise, where they call you back if they miss your call! They are all really nice people, they helped me get over my injuries, and I feel great.
