Everyone moved so quick, it was dirty and forget about them working with your schedule! Once I returned home to Georgia, I was given MAWC on Old National and given what I went through in Memphis I was reluctant to go. The moment I called the establishment I knew that I was in the right place. I was comfortable and my defenses went down. Everyone that I have encountered has been personable, polite, knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. The office is pristine. They answer questions, set clear expectations and really. authentically check in. There is a young lady who works in the front office named Imani H. She looks so young, but her customer interaction says full grown. She is a true professional! She has no issue calling if she needs additional info or to share additional info. She remembers everyone's name and treatment plan. It is amazing to see how she multi tasks. I will be happy to complete treatment, but I will miss the magic smiles and hands

The whole medical service is a joke. Wife came in to be seen for a high ankle sprain yesterday and other small related issues. They keep her there from 9-1pm Tuesday, does the whole visit including the long wait to say they didn't know how to diagnose the small issue and also says the X-ray machine isn't working today but was working yesterday so she couldn't get a X-ray on the sprain so we don't even know it's broken then goes to say to go to another facility. Why have a person on a potential broken ankle go to another facility after waiting all day. What's the point??? Not to mention the receptionist was no help at all, even went to tell my wife she had to buy a mask from them because they didn't want cloth masks in the waiting room, while she herself wore her masks under her nose and other people in the waiting room had regular masks on that weren't regulation. Not to mention they had my hobbled wife go to the pharmacy to get a prescription for crutches not only did they not have them she calls back and says well you will need to go find them at another place and pay out of pocket??? What!!!! They don't care enough about the patients but will be quick to take the money from us and the insurance company. No one from my family or anyone I know will ever come to this place. Verbal Concepts has been a life changer for our family. We have identical twins, both with low…read morefunctioning autism and spend most of our days in and out of therapy practices. When it came to their ability to speak, we told to hope for the best, but we needed to be prepared that our twins would be non-verbal for life. We came to Verbal Concepts with our twins 9 months ago, and now, we are hearing letters, numbers and even songs. I didn't know that my twins loved music! I can't say enough wonderful things about Verbal Concepts and their staff! Our boys love going every visit and come back each time with something new they can say and do. Amazing!!!
