For me, she has been heaven sent. Dr. Lea Ann knows her craft, understands the body and cares about the well-being and progress of her patients. She is extremely personable, a great listener and her energy is contagious! She keeps a fun atmosphere in the facility. Throughout my visits, Dr. Lea Ann challenges me, corrects form, encourages my performance, celebrates my gains and also gives me exercises to complete at home. She is very hands-on and knows when my body needs a stretch, deep tissue massage or myofascial release - which can all be pretty uncomfortable but works miracles to relieve chronic pain! I've dealt with terrible low back pain for years and have had a number of minimally invasive procedures. Frankly, I presumed I would live with discomfort for the rest of my life, until now. I was also treated by Dr. Starr one day - she is also a superb physical therapist - very patient, passionate and instructive! I will also mention, I am highly motivated to improve my condition. Therefore, I am very diligent about completing recommended exercises at home, too. I can feel my body getting stronger; I am able to complete movements that have caused much pain in the past. I had bilateral knee replacement surgery. I received excellent work outs each time I went there. They were thoughtful and attentive to my progress and what would be good next steps. I was always impressed at how compassionate they were but also how they pushed me to give it my all. I highly recommend them.

I had been going for months after shattering one part of my body, and fracturing another. Even…read morethough my surgeon/physician approved treatment for months in advance, the occupational therapist, Ty, who had been treating me for the shattered bone injury, refused to treat me any longer; berated and chastised me for not healing as she thought I should, told me my recovery was going backwards, and made a unilateral decision to stop treating me. She was incredibly hostile and unprofessional. It was a bizarre and disturbing experience. It's too bad, because all the physical therapists are all very good, as I was seeing them for my other fractured limb. My health care team recommended another center, where I will once again resume treatment, for both my injuries, as instructed by my surgeon/physician.

The office staff is friendly and professional and safe. 2020 - Super professional and friendly team: Aaron cured my shoulder and made all those exercises fun. Actually he stopped the shooting pain with one thumb the first day and ever since then, I've been working on mobility and strength, but without the excruciating pain. Staff -- Kenesha and Emily are great. This is truly the only office, medical or otherwise, where they call you back if they miss your call! Thank you all. 2019 - Jason cured another side of my back and I'm still doing the exercises to keep in shape. 2017 - Love these folks, Casey O'Dell cured my back and set me on a path of maintenance. They provided a class prior to the surgery so I was prepared for this life-changing experience. They ordered in-home physical therapy that started the day after the surgery. Every member of the team, from the anesthesiologists to the nurses to the surgeon were wonderful. Aftercare by Brenna Coggins was fantastic. I was very scared to have this procedure but it has already drastically improved my life.
