    Dr V was very nice and patient with my 3 year old son. I only wish this was not an urgent care facility so that we could see him regularly.

    The ladies here are super nice…read more Justine who does the actual test. Is very comforting. As she is prepping you she keeps your mind busy by talking of light subjects. She explains the procedure very well. She lets you know that there are intervals where you can talk to her and move around. I had to scratch my nose, so she guided my hand to my nose. The actual bedding seemed like foam, comfy. She put a wedge under my legs to help the lower back. My MRI was for my neck and the device wasn't intimidating. What I laid my neck on was sorta like a U shaped pillow. Then like a grill, sorta like a football player wears was open, is put on your face, not confining at all. Added plus I got to listen to Yanni's music. I texted my doctor, if I ever need a MRI again, I definitely want to go there. Update: As comforting as they were the MRI my orthopedic doctor said the CD wasn't done well. This really upsets me, because he said if therapy doesn't help I'll need to go to a different place to get another MRI. it upsets me because I'm claustrophobic I needed to be sedated for the Bloomingdale MRI and now I have to go through this again.

    I don't know why people don't review the MUCH HIGHER COSTS things like hospitals, lawyers, etc on…read moreyelp! It could be VERY helpful to people vs what restaurant is nice to eat at lol. The person that MRIed me was great. Very good at what they do, caring, and engages in conversation. Let's face it it can be awkward taking a test and meeting some random people, but the people at ANY job who at least attempt to talk to you are above and beyond the average worker just going through the motions. At least the person I had was that way, which was great. As in the end we all do our little ways to help, but they really do add up and help others so because of great service 5 stars.

    I have been having 24 hour urine samples tested by Litholink for some 15 years. My experience with…read morethem has been hit or miss, mostly miss. TWICE, they have mixed up my samples and sent me and my physician results that were clearly not mine. How do I know? Firstly, a patient has to provide the volume on the submission paperwork. The volume on the report was no where close to what I indicated on the form. Secondly, most of the reported urine parameters were grossly different from any of my previous results. Upon retesting, the results were then in line with my previous results. Poor quality control and sloppy lab work. IMPORTANTLY, the company would not discuss this matter with either me or my physician. But they charged for the analysis anyway. These 24 hour urine tests and associated blood draws are inconvenient at best. What a waste of time resources. I'm done with them.

Don't go to the website - apparently that is run by LabCorp and Litholink can't do anything about their content - where there should be an alert that tells you that a 2nd kit will not be sent until the first one is received. Don't talk to them on the phone to ask if you can pick up the 2nd kit; they will tell you on the phone you can - but then when you go to a LabCorp to pick it up - they won't give you anything and tell you it is not possible. This should have been pretty straightforward - instead, it is the most painful part of the process...aside from the kidney stones themselves. What a terrible place...

    The women working in the clinic was very nice and visit was fine. Received the bill and was…read morethinking what a scam. She really didn't do anything. She is not a doctor. She asked questions and took my blood pressure. Felt my throat and looked in my ears to tell me I had some water and it would go away on its owe. The bill came and it was 580.00 dollars. WTF - for what - my doctor charges so much less. After insurance I still had to pay 140.00 dollars- what??? For real - That is what the appointment should have cost in total. So crazy - I will call my doctor next time.

    Update: I only ended up waiting less than 10 minutes. However, when NP came out to get me she said…read more"Now that wasn't 40 minutes, was it?" In a snide tone. My visit went fine but she has a bad attitude. Went online at 6:30 am to register for my "place in ". Tried on phone and PC and there was no option to "get in line" at this location. I kept trying and figured the "line" didn't open until the location opened at 8:30. Got online at 8:33 and it said I could get a place in line and the wait was 6 minute. Since it was only a 6 minute wait I got dressed and arrived at 9:05. There are 3 people in line ahead of me with a 40 minute wait! Ugh! The nurse practitioner came out and asked me if I was the next person. I responded with "I wish". And explained to her what happened. She explained that there were already people physically in line at the store at 7:00 am so she made the online "line" unavailable until 10:00 am. This should be stated on the website. If I had known that I would have gotten dressed and come at 7:00 this morning! This online sign up is seriously flawed. Not to mention, the way the nurse explained it was condescending and she lacked empathetic customer service. I'm not sick often so I don't know the ins and outs of getting a good place in line. CVS could do a much better job of explaining the process on the website.
