Karen is the perfect teacher - she has years of experience and accumulated knowledge and a true passion for what she does. We meet for two 30 minute sessions a week, and in the two months since I've started I have seen a significant improvement in my strength, balance and energy levels. In my experience, they were quick to mark appointments as missed or "no show" even when there were scheduling issues on their side. Those missed visits were then billed to workers' comp and later used to label me as "noncompliant," which can jeopardize your case. It felt like the documentation sent to the insurance company did not fairly reflect what actually happened with my appointments. Instead of working with me to keep treatment on track, it felt like they used the system against me. I want to be clear: my complaint is about the way management and administration handle workers' comp cases, not the individual physical therapists themselves. But because of how my workers' comp claim was handled, I would not recommend this Worcester, MA location to anyone dealing with a work-related injury.

When I brought up some "natural remedies" as simple as…read moretaking vitamins and a protein powder along with taking gluten and dairy out of my diet to help with pain and inflammation- They shrugged me off and said "okay, let's follow the science here" I couldn't believe she said this b/c there's many science articles on why I am taking those things to help my healing process. I kept quiet though. I think she may have met " let's stay only on track with your prescriptions and will not talk about anything else" Which is quite sad! Even just taking out bad foods has helped about 30-40%. Then adding supplements helped another 20-40%!! So I was almost in the clear. Needless to say I just came for the only support they can offer and did the rest own my own. I do recommend for physical therapy but when you talk more deeply about healing the body even faster and more efficient with diet and vitamins, they don't seem to be interested in that area.

I just "Graduated " from Worcester Greendale Physical Therapy after four months with Kyle as my…read morePT. I sustained serious injuries in Florida in January. After being hospitalized there I did in patient care for 3 weeks. After that I was able to do out-patient PT in Florida for three months. I was then able to come home to Mass and started PT at Greendale Worcester for four months. Kyle worked on many of my injuries then full concentration on my walking again. Kyle always gave me encouragement during these difficult sessions, always saying I could do it. He gave me techniques to work on at home and encouraged my confidence. After seven long months I can now do things I wasn't sure I'd ever be able to do again.
