In my experience, they were quick to mark appointments as missed or "no show" even when there were scheduling issues on their side. Those missed visits were then billed to workers' comp and later used to label me as "noncompliant," which can jeopardize your case. It felt like the documentation sent to the insurance company did not fairly reflect what actually happened with my appointments. Instead of working with me to keep treatment on track, it felt like they used the system against me. I want to be clear: my complaint is about the way management and administration handle workers' comp cases, not the individual physical therapists themselves. But because of how my workers' comp claim was handled, I would not recommend this Worcester, MA location to anyone dealing with a work-related injury.

Three days later we were at Fairlawn. my husband has many issues, balance being on of them. Long story short, I asked what my options were and I was told that he would not be sent home unless it was safe. He came home Saturday. Fell again on Wednesday, cut his head, another trip to the ER. I'm so angry. Saturday night I looked at the notes in his u mass portal. There was a progress note that said he was a high fall risk and could not navigate the home environment. I called the dr on duty that Sunday and asked why this nurse wrote he should not be home and he was sent home anyway. The dr back tracked and said he probably needed a blood transfusion. While he was there he slept in his day clothes, never had a shower in 9 days and no one helped him with his cpap machine. Don't go here!
