When I received a bill for an additional $15 I called their (ATI) business office and was told it was an overcharge and they would zero it out. I was proactive as they sent me the same bill every month and I was told not to worry about it. 4 MONTHS LATER THEY TURNED ME OVER TO COLLECTION FOR $15. I have great credit and paid off the swine at collections just to save my fantastic credit score. A week later I get another call from collections that I still owe $15 for the second time I went to ATI . IF you want physical therapy go somewhere else like I have. What a hideously run ATI company. I mean the ease with which the process moved, from appt setting, to examination/initial assessment to weekly progress. THIS team is the G.O.A.T. I feel so blessed to have Been treated here, they truly care about EACH PATIENT, which I feel is a rarity. They don't rush, they check in with you constantly during the appt, making sure you're ok. They have annual picnics and Christmas parties- the staff really do care about the residents and I couldn't be happier with the care they provide. My mom has been wheelchair bound with dementia for years and she has no skin issues- which is a pretty amazing accomplishment . Was referred here from some physical therapy. I saw Jillian and a young lady who she was training…read more (forgot her name. Sorry if you see this!) for several weeks. I have been having neck problems for five or so years. I've seen multiple doctors and had surgery. I wish that my any one of my doctors would put the care and thought into my neck that the two of these young ladies did. Theyasked questions. They listened. They seem concerned. We were always trying new things. Couldn't say enough about them. In a world of absolutely horrible healthcare they were two standouts. You'd be lucky to see them in a world of healthcare professionals who have flat out given up.
