Fortunately for me, I was able to have some time off work to focus on getting better. One day a week, I do my therapy in the pool, and one day a week in the Shrewsbury location. My main therapist's have been Joe and Chris in the office, and Christine in the pool. They have taught me so much about how to take better care of myself, the signs I feel that my body is reverting to misalignment, and how to prevent my muscles from getting bad again. It's a busy place because they are so good! You see that they care for every level of patient. Whether it's a professional athlete, a trades worker, or a retired person after hip or knee surgery, they treat everyone really well. They don't push you to the point of risking new injury, but when you are ready, they will whip your ass into shape! They have a Nu Step machine there that works as an incumbent stair stepper, and it's really great. They work with all sorts of exercise aids like bands, Swiss balls, blocks, stimulation, heat/ice, ultrasound, and massage. I really can't recommend them enough for anyone in the area. The environment is clean, and uplifting. The staff is very professional and they are solid on their appointment times. Very reliable!

DPT's will soon leave MA, because of a decrease in patients, non-updated equipment, more professional liability insurance Individual premiums to maintain annually, and Greendale office staff, without latest training, of national healthcare reform, and combination of their overhead office expenses, will have non ADA compliant access, or federal trade commission, oversight of fraudulent insurance claims. This is Massachusetts in a nutshell! Nurse Practitioners provide coverage and Medical Assistants do not have training for vital signs. There are paper pushers! He is rude, stuck up, he pays his employees very low wages for the large amount of work that they have to do. They are being over worked and underpaid. I was making 19 an hour, when I should be making 24 an hour, $6 less than the national average, he is so cheap! And the girl who does billing is kind, she is only making 19 an hour and has been at the company for 3 years while who is a office manager for one year is making salary, 40k, 21-21 an hour, and the other who does insurance is making 18-19 an hour, so please tell me why that is?. I had to cover shifts for people, no bonus, nothing, no appreciation, treated like a street dog, I worked terrible hours, 11:30-7 Tuesdays and Wednesday, Mondays 8:00 am till 6:20 pm, I have a Learning Disability but that never stopped me being the best I can be, but they don't see it that way.Thursdays 9-5:40 pm, Fridays 7-3:30, so I have no life outside of work, can't even get a part time job because of those restricted hours and they want you to do after work hang out, they pay you, but thats more work longer hours after being in work since 7 am. Everyone is getting sick, so now passing that sickness onto me, I called out last Monday as I was sick, so I know Kevin is using that against me, I hurt my back and they persisted I come into work anyways, said, we really need you, I agreed, I should of stayed home, these jobs do not care about you, I went above and beyond, and missed opportunities because of this terrible place. They overbook PTs and PTA, they are always sick, calling out, moved to another state, over worked, why do they open so early 7am till 7 pm, people have lives school. Patients are always cancelling and now I understand why, PTs and PTA will have 12 patients every 40 minutes, you don't get breaks, only one 30 minute break, but work 8-10 hour shifts, are you kidding me, I hope they get sued. I will sue them and get my justice. I didn't feel I was valued and under paid. I explained to them I am worth more than 19 an hour, to see my worth, they disagree. The therapists I've seen (Megan, Ben, and Donna) have been knowledgeable, professional, thorough, encouraging, friendly, and just plain great. They've clearly explained the how and why of the treatment process, answered all my questions, and I've seen an improvement after every appointment. The end result was that I was able to confidently return to an active lifestyle. I also really like the fact that after the initial one-hour evaluation, the appointments are each 1/2 hour long with the therapist focused on only me. Each therapist only has one patient at a time so there's no down-time, waiting to be told what to do next like I've seen at other PT clinics. They give a manageable amount of effective "homework" each time, along with a thorough explanation of how to do the "assignment." Progress is steady and the outcome has always been positive. If I need PT in the future, there will be no question about where to go!

The staff is highly trained and knowledgeable. They have an AlterG treadmill, which helps those with lower limb injuries. I'm my opinion this is the best invention for physical therapy ever! They also help you post your physical therapy with a MOC fitness center. Which offers medically supervised fitness training. A full gym, spin classes, Barre, weight lifting, sport specific training, and Kenitix. All under a well trained certified staff. This review is only about the Worcester, MA location and only about how they handle workers'…read morecompensation cases. If you are on workers' comp, please be very careful with this clinic. In my experience, they were quick to mark appointments as missed or "no show" even when there were scheduling issues on their side. Those missed visits were then billed to workers' comp and later used to label me as "noncompliant," which can jeopardize your case. It felt like the documentation sent to the insurance company did not fairly reflect what actually happened with my appointments. Instead of working with me to keep treatment on track, it felt like they used the system against me. I want to be clear: my complaint is about the way management and administration handle workers' comp cases, not the individual physical therapists themselves. But because of how my workers' comp claim was handled, I would not recommend this Worcester, MA location to anyone dealing with a work-related injury.
