They are friendly enough. I do see some improvement in my symptoms. The therapists sometimes leave to do other things and take a while to return. So far it's okay.

Had 7 or 8 visits. Each time I had another physical therapy assistant working with me. Though every assistant I worked with was a nice guy, but team work was extremely poor. I did not get any improvement, even worse , the range of motion degraded. On top of that , I was treated very unprofessionally by the front desk staff. I would say level of professional behavior of some staff members including owner is below level of floor. Owner of the business was not interested in the results my treatment, but rather in "who said what" . If you have easy case, you can choose this company, but if you want high level professional work, you better look somewhere else.

Therapy is great there - however nursing and CNA staff is not up to par. And this has occurred multiple times. I understand he's not the only patient there, but a person can only wait so long. I'm disappointed.

Needless tests, forcing unneeded equipment on her, horrible food, and complete chaos all around!
