I started going to imed about 2 months ago. Dr Jeff aligns my neck and back nicely. I have more range of motion and feel looser and better thank I have in months. From the first evaluation visit I had at IMed (I was in a lot of constant lower back pain), I was taken back with the amount of knowledge and information provided in an understandable fashion (with x-rays, skeletal figures and visual diagrams) to explain what exactly was wrong, why I was in pain, and most important, what exactly needed to be done to correct my lower back and pelvis which were both in very concerning condition from what I saw on my first visit. I left that first visit with not only complete confidence that if I was to get better, Dr. Jeff was the one to help me, but also a 3+ month structured rehabilitation plan and my total cost for all treatment (upfront, with insurance accounted for), which was extremely reasonable, especially with why I know now for what you get out of it. Fast forward 2+ months, I feel amazing and no back pain. The sessions are interactive and well structured, usually starting with a massage to prepare you muscles for the session, a warm up, and then more specific exercises depending on your condition/rehabilitation plan. You get what you put in, but if your committed to correcting your back/chiropractic issues, Dr. Jeff is very knowledge, friendly, professional, and extremely well versed in his field. I would highly recommend and plan on continuing to use all the knowledge taught to me during my training session and use his facilities for message therapy. read more
