Tara works 2 days/week with Doris Pasteleur-Hall a Master Pilates Instructor. Patients are treated by Tara and then Doris works with them to improve strength and mobility.

Established in 2007.
Located in the heart of Black Rock, Black Rock Physical Therapy works in collaboration with The Black Rock Pilates Studio. The goal in working together is to create a "whole healing process", while increase strength and mobility for clients.
Meet the Business Owner: Tara C.
Tara Collins opened Black rock Physical Therapy in Spring 2007 and has been practicing Physical Therapy for nearly 20 years. She is certified in Integrative Manual Therapy (IMT) and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Preferring to use her hands rather than ultrasound or electrical stimulation, Tara uses gentle myofascial release to help the body recover from fibromyalgia, migraines, Lyme, women's health and other issues as well as acute and chronic orthopedic conditions.
