I was so happy with the therapist and her kind and caring approach that I decided to continue care there. The entire staff is extremely nice and helpful. My therapist is Malani I believe her name is and she's amazing. She is the reason I decided to stay. They have everything a physical therapy facility needs and I definitely see an improvements. I would hands-down recommend this facility.

My issue with vibrant care has to do with their billing processes and how they treat clients from the accounting department. From the time I started with them last year, 2025, I was told I did not owe any money when I checked out after being seen by the physical therapist. The gentleman behind the counter sent an email to accounting to make sure that was correct and I checked with him on each visit to see if he heard back to make sure that I didn't owe money. He consistently said he had not heard from them and would send another email. Finally. Out of nowhere I received a bill for for approximately $80 in unpaid balances. Again, this was in 2025. I paid the balance and expressed I was not happy with the practices of vibrant carres accounting policy. Today, June 15th 2026, I received a phone call from vibrant care stating that I owed $10 from September of 2025. Of course, my immediate reaction was to ask them" you're just now finding this?" I was immediately placed on hold without so much as a hold. Please from the accounting department.. then left on hold for over 5 minutes and then was disconnected. I return the call immediately only to receive recordings and I left voicemails. $10 is not the issue, the issue is receiving a bill almost a year later and not being heard or provided an explanation as to why I would owe $10. This accounting practice is unacceptable and their customer service, interactions and responses are unacceptable. The accounting department is who gets the one star rating, not the therapists.

My mother's doctor sent over an urgent referral 3 weeks ago and after jumping thru hoops getting them reports and copies of X-rays. Still no response in regards to whether they would take her as a patient. 99% of the time you can't reach them by phone and IF you are lucky enough to be able to leave a message, you won't EVER get a return phone call. The MOST incompetent doctor's office staff I have ever encountered in my whole life. They should be ashamed of themselves and get OUT of this line if work as clearly they have no compassion towards the patients.

I was in a lot of pain because my other knee had so compensated (it needs surgery too) that it has taken a beating. The leg operated on was doing good. I'm about 50% healed. I wasn't too impressed with my numbers, thought the results would have better, nur range of motion is good. Maybe later as it heals but I have no more appointments to have it measured to see how it's doing in the future! That bothers me. After 6 weeks...no more appointments. I would feel so much better if there were 6 week, 3 months and a 1 year follow up until you are healed implemented in their program. The only thing is, you don't see Dr. Howell except the one time in the hospital after surgery. I would have liked to talk to him about my other knee and even though Hanna has been exceptionally helpful, she still isn't Dr. Howell. Don't get me wrong, without Hanna, I would have been lost these last 6 weeks. I hope he pays her a fortune! She deserves it! But, if I am going to have him do my other knee, I wanted to see him and ask questions from my actual doctor about what I am going through right now. I wanted his input on how I can maintain and if the other therapy's out there would help until my 2nd surgery or am I wasting my time. Hanna really tried as she had heard good/bad about alternatives. Just would have liked more hands on with Dr. Howell. Thanks Hanna for what you did do. You shine!

I have completely recovered with full function and mobility. I started light weight lifting 6 months after surgery and I am now actively lifting heavy weights again. The bad location was 5 minutes away but a nightmare! I'm so happy my Dr. sent me here. The staff are nice here and the care I'm getting from the PT and PTA are wonderful! They have a lot of compassion and empathy. They don't push you to do things you can't do and will work with your pain level. No eye rolling like I experienced at the other place. They show concern and care about improving your movements. They are knowledgeable about the locations of your pain and how to help you eliminate the pain. The location is very clean and sanitary. Equipment is up to date. I highly recommend this facility if you need the care to rehabilitate.

Between the work Dr. K did & the follow-up care I have received, I am getting stronger every day. His office staff is great, they helped me navigate the system between the doctor, the hospital and the VA for the first surgery. The people there are wonderful. All of them! From checking in to the people that are helping out. The physical therapists know their stuff. At the end of the workout they put a tens unit and either heat or ice for 15 minutes to help with the inflammation. And being in pain is hard to deal with and they have a caring and understanding attitude which makes it easier. I totally recommend this place. Be sure to ask for Mark! He's the best!

He is by far the best primary care doctor I've ever had. He really knows his field and is very knowable, cares about his patients, and is easy to talk to. He is really into fitness, health, and doesn't want to just push medication on you. He really pays attention to your health preferences and medical history to fully understand the full story of who you are and caters to your needs. He really is the doctor that talks the talk and walks the walk. If you have any questions about anything he'll answer them or refer you to another professional that can. He respects you when you would like to be referred to another health professional and will refer you as needed or upon request. I can't recommend him enough thought I don't want the secret to get out so that I can have an easier time getting in to see him.
