I was expecting to go here 1x then continue care at another location, but my physical therapist and the staff completely changed my mind. I was so happy with the therapist and her kind and caring approach that I decided to continue care there. The entire staff is extremely nice and helpful. My therapist is Malani I believe her name is and she's amazing. She is the reason I decided to stay. They have everything a physical therapy facility needs and I definitely see an improvements. I would hands-down recommend this facility.

My issue with vibrant care has to do with their billing processes and how they treat clients from the accounting department. From the time I started with them last year, 2025, I was told I did not owe any money when I checked out after being seen by the physical therapist. The gentleman behind the counter sent an email to accounting to make sure that was correct and I checked with him on each visit to see if he heard back to make sure that I didn't owe money. He consistently said he had not heard from them and would send another email. Finally. Out of nowhere I received a bill for for approximately $80 in unpaid balances. Again, this was in 2025. I paid the balance and expressed I was not happy with the practices of vibrant carres accounting policy. Today, June 15th 2026, I received a phone call from vibrant care stating that I owed $10 from September of 2025. Of course, my immediate reaction was to ask them" you're just now finding this?" I was immediately placed on hold without so much as a hold. Please from the accounting department.. then left on hold for over 5 minutes and then was disconnected. I return the call immediately only to receive recordings and I left voicemails. $10 is not the issue, the issue is receiving a bill almost a year later and not being heard or provided an explanation as to why I would owe $10. This accounting practice is unacceptable and their customer service, interactions and responses are unacceptable. The accounting department is who gets the one star rating, not the therapists.

My…read morebrother has been there for eight long months and from day one he has received the best health care and the best enter-action with staff that I've ever experienced in a medical facility. Even though it's obvious that they are busy; they're never too busy to stop and talk to the patients or their families. Having worked in the medical field I know how important it is to find this characteristic in a facility! I also know that it's very hard to find!!!!! So I appreciate the fact that these qualities are presented so freely every single day. This is the quality that the entire facility gives and if there is a problem of any kind it is taken care of ASAP with care and concern and respect!!!! If that ever get the food to eatable status I myself would freely give this facility and every staff member a (10) ten from the bottom to the top of the employee pool. If you ever find that you have to go to a rehabilitation facility if you have a choice I would by all means try to get into "Bridgewood Post Acute Care"! I needed PT really bad, my initial assessment from PT was several days after I moved in then I never saw anybody else for about two weeks, when I went down there to inquire as to why I was told their records show OT has seen me everyday. I filed a complaint with Medicare for fraud investigation. I was also shocked how little equipment they had, I was told their other facility had all the equipment, so we had to wait in line and there were some severely disabled people there. Absenteeism was a big problem which resulted in over an hour response time minimum, one of my CNAs spoke no English at all I would ask her to do something she would nod, leave and I would never see her again, it got to be where I would yell "don't act like you understand me when you don't!" Finally I went down to the nurse's desk to complain and the whole staff came out to gang up on me, how dare I complain about someone who speaks no English, the nurse finally told me that I am receiving good care and I should be happy to receive the care I'm getting. I complained to the administrator and got an apology, after that when I asked that CNA for something she'd bring in somebody else to interpret (a waste of staff don't you think?). My roommate contracted COVID and they wound up quarantine us both no medicine. I asked the doctor for something like paxlovid any kind of prescription, he turned around and walked out. Was it effective no they wound up quarantine the whole Wing. All the physical progress I made with my PT over the weeks went right out the window and I had to start over again. This used up the time to get covered by Medicare which I felt they should cover as they didn't properly treat me. Speaking of the doctor he played footloose with my medication (they just can't leave it alone), when I showed my PCP what he did, he was livid why go to the trouble of assigning and tweaking medicine only to have somebody change them willy nilly without consulting as to why? I consider that arrogant! I had a talk with the dietitian and was assured everyone was getting their nutritional needs considered only to find out all the patients got cheap sugary Kool aid to drink Food was horrible I lived on sandwiches and take out Good luck getting somebody to answer the phone. No I will not go back.

From intake to our final class, the staff made sure that the scheduling process was a breeze, and that visits did not fall short of expectations. They have an excellent staff dedicated to your child's development, and the office is pristine. Not just clean; very well kept. I noticed that there wasn't one tear on a book or broken toys. They put lots of effort into upkeep, knowing well that toys and books can take a beating with younger kids. East Bay Child Development Center has terrific speech therapists and therapists specialized in helping in all other types of child development, including but not limited to physical therapy, etc. We went through 2 different speech therapists and 1 or 2 therapy students which was a little harder for our son to grow accustomed to because it would take him awhile to warm up (which I've learned isn't unusual for any development therapy center), but each therapist tried their absolute best to ensure they were giving him the utmost care and attention.

That speech is not a good fit for him, that his sister runs around the hallways exploring toys and opened doors of offices, about me get a phone call so they discharged him from services. This is racism and discrimination by the way ladies I want to give you suggestions, your office needs a new administration, organisation and functionality. Everybody there seems to go everywhere, I don't know if these people work here are they clients. The back door to the outside was open, this is called dysfunctional. The office receptionist was like his first day to work, confused and looked around like a lost boy. There four people by office were speaking loud and chatting. They failed my son years ago when he was younger because they said he was not ready for speech when I just changed my insurance to get accepted to come here. Now he's 12 years old saying he's not a good fit. Shame on you to say that to me. You can't discharge him that's illegal. My son is trying with his speech and he has rights in California to receive speech therapy any age. Discrimination by the ability, then age, what's next because his sister running around the office and also I was on the phone? For that lady who spoke with me today over the phone couldn't wait on me. And making me feel like I was being fired from the job, she sounded rude and said my daughter was running around the room and I was speaking loud on the phone so the excuse to fail my son. Then changed her words saying he's not a good fit and he runs fast and wants to push the kids. She needs to find more excuses for her to dismiss him. You don't know how hard and challenging to be a mother of autistic kid. I finally thought I have him his speech going and then you locked me up like shutting my mouth. Go see if your speech therapist is the one who has the problem. She too lazy to give speech therapy or has a lack of skills. This is Shameless and discrimination.
