I took this back to Stormfront and explained the issue caused by their repair. I was informed their "Exeter branch needed to take it back and investigate". I waited 3 weeks and after finally hearing back not only was I told I would have to pay for the repair of this issue, which only arose after the device went in for repair, but I was accused of saying: "I poured a glass of water over my Mac causing damages". I decided to go direct to a legitimate, genuine Apple store for a second opinion. Unsurprisingly they fixed the Mac free of charge and did not accuse me of any mystery "water damage". In summary Stormfront may appear a reputable and trustworthy store, but they are absolutely not! Please, DO NOT USE STORMFRONT!

Nuff said. The second time was the buying of the iphone itself. Not a problem there, staff friendly (if a little stunned to see the queue that had developed). All staff knew exactly what to do, and the morning appeared to go well - even when systems failed staff knew what to do and were just waiting for permission to use the backup paperwork. I was very pleasantly suprised. Top marks to them for a good launch.

C is probably the most important as it allows them to know how to sort out any problems that you may have with registering the phone, and what they need to do should they get kicked off the call to register a handset. As with most phone stores a big problem is when you are trying to buy something and you've got a few people in front of you who are asking for advice or trying to do something particularly complicated. Its always worth having a look in there if you are after a specific handset as they often do exclusive deals on some handsets.
