Maurice was the service man who repaired my sliding glass door, and I thought he was very professional. He was thorough in his craftsmanship and ensured the issue was resolved prior to his departure. He noticed there was an issue with the new wheel he installed, so he re-installed another one. He ensured he door slid properly and made all necessary adjustments for a smooth glide and a secure lock. The prior owner caulked the sliding door shut which made his job much more unnecessarily difficult, especially considering the hot temperatures. He cleaned up his mess and left the place as he found it. I was also having an issue with a sliding screen door and although it was just a simple adjustment and putting back on its track, he was helpful enough to do it. Great job. We contacted Phoenix Sliding Doors when our large sliding glass door became very difficult to open or close. They did a great job in all respects. They asked questions on the phone that allowed them to get a good idea of what the specific problem might be (the rollers). Then they gave me an estimated cost for the expected work as well as costs of any additional work that the repairman might find necessary, e.g., the track. The repairman came on time and within 45 minutes had completely fixed the problem which turned out to be the rollers as expected. I was impressed how one guy was able to handle that heavy door so easily and without a dinge or a hitch. The bill came out at exactly the estimated amount. This company knows what they are doing. I read all the reviews and decided to try them. Melissa was awesome on the phone setting up appt. She was patient with my questions since I wasn't sure exactly what was wrong with my sliding door. Day of service, Maurice and Michael were very professional and knew exactly what was wrong with my 1980 door, which I was worried about since it's so old. They had some challenges with that old door but they made it happen. They even installed a new door lock on the fly. Price was very reasonable. Super great guys. Unfortunately, do I rarely get such great customer service and professional work from start to finish that I'm always floored when I do. Phoenix Sliding Doors was a pleasure to work with. My sliding arcadia door was no longer sliding nor was the screen door which also wouldn't stay on the tracks or close properly. Maurice came out, removed the arcadia door completely. He installed new rollers on the bottom, cleaned and lubricated. He also found that the door had been rubbing against another piece from when the door was originally installed by the builder more than 40 years ago! He fixed it and it now slides closed with just one finger. He also replaced the sliding screen door which now works smoothly and easily. These folks are superstars. They were quick and clean and efficient and the sliders work like new. This truly helped with our Dad's mobility issues with getting out to the backyard. Handling a temporary walker plus working a jammed and hard-to-open door at the same time was too much. Now Dad can go out into the yard easily even while holding things in one hand and opening the door with just the other hand. They fixed both the door and screen door for a very reasonable cost. They even fixed another interior slider door that apparently had been stuck because it was off the track and refused to charge for it because it was so quick and easy. Our patio door is heavy, it took 2 hands and full body weight to open. On top of that, my door handle had broken and I couldn't find a replacement. I called 3 places found on Yelp, and Melissa was the only one to answer the phone. I described my issue, took a couple of pictures of my antiquated door handle and she said, no problem! She gave me an estimate over the phone and we scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out. My appointment was confirmed 24 hours before and they called 20 minutes before they arrived. They replaced the rollers, cleaned the tracks and now my door opens with 2 fingers! I wish I had called sooner. I corresponded with Maurice by email and found his rates reasonable. He was patient and courteous. When he thought he had a replacement for my 42 year old latch, we set an appointment. He called when on the way and arrived on time. After over 26 years as a property manager, it takes a lot to impress me but I was amazed at how easily he popped the door and how quickly he replaced the rollers. The new latch wouldn't fit but Maurice ordered another and returned the next week to complete the job. He was on time again and did not charge a second trip charge. Great people...great service! We originally called Phoenix Sliding Door to do some repair work on a couple of sliding doors that were old and in terrible condition. I was afraid we were going to have to replace one door entirely, but these guys came out, took the doors off, replaced the rollers and also installed a new handle on one door. Both doors needed quite a bit of work, but they took their time and did a great job. We recently called them to look at another door and once again, they were on time and in no time they had the rollers adjusted. Was able to schedule an appointment less than a week out. Appointment time frame was 1-4pm, and I got a call just before 2pm from Maurice that he was on his way and about 30 minutes away. He arrived, saw what I needed, and got to work. (I needed all new wheels on two sliding screen patio doors.) He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need (new doors or screens). We had a sliding screen door that never worked well and suddenly became unuseable. I called Phoenix Sliding Doors and was asked to send pictures of the door and track to better identify potential issues. I was then called back, an esitmate given, and an appointment was made. Maurice arrived promptly on time after calling to say he was on his way. We had Phoenix Sliding Doors come out to repair the rollers and track on our patio door, which was in sad shape. Maurice called in advance to let us know he was on his way, and showed up at the time promised. He installed a track cap to address the damaged sections on it, then replaced the door rollers. The rollers he installed didn't quite seem right, so he pulled the door again, replaced or adjusted those rollers, reinstalled the door and did the final adjustments.
