Recently stopped here since I was making my way to Rothbury for the electric forest event. Located right off the highway Which makes it pretty convenient. Staff here was friendly but there's a huge line for the rest apparently. It lacked a selection of snacks and drinks . On top of it everything was pretty expensive as well. We walked in there. The whole family entered after getting gas needing to use the restroom. You would think this would be easy but no. We get to the women's bathroom and it says "Use the other bathroom cleaning is in progress." You look at it and go okay, makes sense. You turn your head to the mens bathroom. This Shell station is located right off 196, so it is convenient for travelers and if you need something else, there is a Meijer almost right next door. It can be a bit of a challenge getting in and out of the business parking lot, but if this a big deal to you perhaps you shouldn't be driving to begin with. Inside the store they could maybe use one more employee as it seems simple stocking of cups by the drink dispensar or ringing up your purchase are not efficiently done. read more

If you're in South Haven I would avoid this shell if you can. Not only for ingress and egress of the station. Trying to get a pump does not leave you much room. There is only one car length on either side of the pump. The inside of the store is not very welcoming where merchandise is placed. The coolers are rarely stocked for as busy as this place is. I have been here more than 3 times now and get gas elsewhere. The fuel you buy also does give you less fuel mileage and I tested this out in 3 cars now. read more

they had a pump down for some singular pump reboot but failed to tell us before we pre payed. when trying to move us to a different pump they said we had to wait 40 mins for it to "show up" and couldn't get a single solid answer cause it seems the two ladies working didn't know what to do. they made it seem like we had an option to wait or get a refund but apparently we have to wait for our money to reappear from thin air to proceed with it. also the entire time knowing these pumps were down they couldn't care to take the time to put an out of order sign on it while at least 6 different cars tried to get gas on. read more
