I was really nervous at first, but Natasha did a great job of explaining what she was doing and what was going on with my pelvic floor and bones/muscles. I've learned SO MUCH and the therapy has helped immensely! I'm no longer having leakage issues and my back pain is much less frequent and abdominal pain is gone. Starting at the physical with Al, Ive never had more in depth care of the overall issues of my body and how to get properly aligned. These guys are fantastic. I had 6 weeks of targeted, and customized PT to get me back on the roller derby track. My recovery was about more than just mobility, but also about getting back to competition level. In comes my man Steve! Steve specifically took my training from the normal exercises and made them skating/derby specific. The 1st appt is free & then you make an appt to come back & go over ins coverage and treatment plan. I know what my plan covers, I use to work in medical billing as well. My ins covers all the treatments that was suggested to me & at a my normal copay. The office person told me my ins doesn't cover the treatment and I would have to make a deposit of $500+ and set up a payment plan as well. That is so not true! They are contracted with my ins which means they have to follow a fixed copay which is the plans pre-negotiated rate. Contracted providers cannot bill you for the remaining balance of the full charge. Federal Rule (42 CFR 422.504(g)): This federal law dictates that the contracted doctor must accept the Medicare Advantage plan's payment plus your copay as payment in full.
