I am pleased to report that APM and Keith Sutton are wonderful! After years of chronic,…read moredebilitating back pain; Keith has brought me back to life! Always current with the latest developments in his field; a caring practitioner who truly listens and includes the patient in making informed choices about their pain management. Give APM a call - just might be the answer to your hopes & prayers! IV therapy is now available for general vitamin boost, super-hydration, stress/anxiety relief!!

There was a time when I would have given APM 5 Stars. But, as my treatment wore on I began to…read moreencounter failures of the practice to follow through with referrals, they overlooked and missed imaging results, and subsequently created a tension between doctor and patient. The straw that broke the camels back came today when I was 15 minutes late making my telemed call and was given a new time, a week from now, five days after I will run out of pain meds. Thr fact that my dear partner died less than 48 hours prior to my appointment time and I had to immediately respond to a funeral arrangement questioncaused me to be late. Any empathy or sensitivity to my problem would have been appreciated, considering the years we have all been seeing each other. The Suttons were like family at one time, Jane cared for them very much. But no words of sympathy, no effort to accommodate my needs at a very tough time in my life, tells me all I need to know. Sympathy, understanding and devotion to the Hippocratic Oath will lead to the next failure of Sutton's practices. I'm moving on. And, I bet I will be retaliated against and likely have my medication refill cancelled. A little help would have been nice, considering how fond Jane was of them. Correction, I was contacted by Keith and reminded that I had enough medication to last until my next appointment and upon counting, he is correct and I apologize. However, I am not going to be intimidated by a threat of APM filing a libel suit against me for this post. I have plenty of documentation and a review of my Suttons visit notes will support my views. A simple "sorry for your loss, I'm sorry you feel this way, I care about your health and want to get a fresh start" would have led me to delete this review. Butdenial, aggressive comments threat of a lawsuit is unacceptable.
