They do a great job but they shouldn't take as many walk-ins if the people who schedule ahead are made to wait 30 to 45 mins. Very annoying when you have to be somewhere at a specific time. read more

I got a full set of nails at the salon and it was a gentleman with glasses on that did my nails. The nails were too thick but I did not notice that I was just so happy to get my nails done. I went back to get a fill and the same gentleman did my nails. The nails were so thick that you couldn't pick up anything. This second time when I went this gentleman had an attitude with me and I did not receive good service. He was horrible. So basically I paid good money for nails that were 1/8 of an inch thick. I should go back and show them what a correct thickness of nail they should be doing. My nails now look amazing because I went somewhere else. read more

This place seemed amazing from the reviews and the pictures of it. I got a full set with gel and I get this all the time so it's not like I'm new into the acrylic world. I have about a 10/20 minute wait which I'm fine with if I'm getting amazing nails. Once I finally get sat down i tell the lady(forgot to ask for her name) that I want a full set with gel and no problem. She starts off by doing the usual but then she puts the glue on my nail then sizes to see if it'll fit. Then she continues with everything being normal then she was becoming very rude. When I went to wash I made sure it was 100% dry but she claims it wasn't dry and that she had to restart on some of my nails with the gel paint. At this point I didn't care and just let her. Then when I came back from the second wash which them ruined the other nails since there was no top coat she said that they weren't dry when it was obviously dry. She continued to do my nails speaking in a different language being rude and rough with my hands fingers and nails. It was very obvious she was talking about me. I've gone to this place multiple times since they first opened and have never had a bad experience. I've never had a regular nail salon just went to wherever was open but now I only use Phoenix Nails! I go very often as they are the only place I let do my nails (gel acrylics), my toes and my eyebrows. They do a fantastic job and always are nice and make you feel welcome. Even when busy, you are always greeted and acknowledged when you walk in the door. I've even referred two of my friends here and they left their regular nail salon to come here instead. My sisters and I have been coming to Phoenix since they opened. The spa is clean and reasonably priced. However, I will not go to anyone other than Linda! She gives the BEST pedicure I have ever had! She takes her time and really caters to her clients! My sister and I used to go together but no longer do because we refuse to go to anyone other than her! If you want the best pedicure you have ever got, Linda is your girl! She recently went on vacation for two weeks and I refused to see anyone else because she is definitely worth waiting for! Thank you Linda! Keep it up girl! - p.s the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bar is literally set so high that no other tech there is even close to as good as her! I've been going to this nail salon for a long time, I've bounced around to each person to see which one I liked the best. I started going to Dan often since he did a pretty okay job. He was very nice. Well, Last time I went to get my nails done by Dan, I felt very rushed. It wasn't relaxing. He would stop what he was doing to get on the phone or write random stuff on paper. I asked to get my nails soaked off & get a new set. (Charges me $45) He didn't even soak them off, he RIPPED them off(which took over an hour) & ACTUALLY RIPPED OFF A LARGE CHUNK OF MY REAL NAIL. My finger started bleeding & he just wiped it away with his finger, like it was nothing. I was in such shock. I told him to please put a protective base coat on that nail so nothing gets into it, he told me "oh no, you be fine, you fine" THEN HE GLUED A NAIL ON MY BROKEN NAIL. It was a very uncomfortable and very painful experience. When I went to check out, he CHARGED ME MORE!!!! He charged me $50, (which he has never done & I always get these services). NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. read more

My friend goes to this salon regularly and highly recommended it, so my mom and I went. I got a manicure and she got a pedi. The last I had was nice and definitely knew what she was doing. All of the tools come in sterile packs so you know that it's all very clean. She paid close attention to detail making sure to clean up the little bits of polish that got on the skin around my nails. The only thing I have to say is that some of my nails weren't filed to the same shape, but that's being very nit-picky. My mom got her pedicure from a lady named Amy, and she loved her! I have visited this salon several times over the last year. My first few visits were satisfactory - not the best pedicure but great massage quality and length, friendly staff, & good gel polish selection. However my last several visits have been awful. I always seem to get the "new girl" who is inexperienced or talks too much. I don't mind talking, but I also like to relax and don't feel the need to reach for topics to discuss throughout the entire pedicure. Tonight I went in for an eyebrow wax and a pedi, so the first new girl took me back to the wax room, complained about how busy they'd been all day (it wasn't busy when I was there; busy means you're making money though, right?), and began slinging hot wax all over my eyebrows and hair. I've had many waxes over the years & the technician usually cools the wax before burning your face. She was rough, in a hurry, made it feel like I was inconveniencing her by being there, & overall unpleasant. She finishes and tells me to go to the pedicure chair & another girl will take care of my feet. This next girl was a joke & shouldn't be working on paying customers. She couldn't remember the deluxe pedicure process so she kept asking her colleague what to do next, barely scrubbed my feet (I had to ask for additional exfoliation because she didn't even touch the balls of my feet, toes, heels...nothing!) The paraffin dip was a bigger joke. She was most concerned about how to twist and tuck the top of the bag correctly instead of making sure the wax covered my foot before it hardened. She then proceeded to press a burning hot stone against my leg without checking the temperature of it first and burned me! She tried to cool the stone off with cold water and ended up making it an ice block. So she bagged the hot stone portion and rubbed my legs (not even a massage). I go to check out and they told me I owed $55 (eyebrows $10 + deluxe pedi $45). So when I said the girl burned me & the paraffin dip, exfoliation, hot stone & massage was a joke, they took $10 off. I shouldn't have been charged at all for these services. I'm still peeling wax out of my hair, my feet are still rough, and I feel more stressed out after going there for a relaxing experience. Needless to say, I'm in search of a new nail salon. read more
