This was by far the most friendly, thorough, and best priced of all the limo services I called in Akron. And I called most of them. And when I did call, I was walked through each step of the process, everything was priced up front (and he even told me the recommended tip range), and the quote was far and away better than every other service I contacted. Pat showed up a half hour early, was friendly and cordial, even all the way until 2am when he dropped us off after the bachelor party, in which he took us to three different places and waited nearby while we ate dinner and trotted around Cleveland. When they say their service sets them apart, they mean it. I will unquestionably use these guys again if I need a limo in the Akron/Canton/Cleveland area. Total five stars. Thanks for making our night run smoothly, guys!

Picture this: you and your friends get together for a blossom concert to enjoy what you have left of the summer, and the next morning, you wake up to an email saying you will be getting charged for "Damages." When you ask what was broken, they respond that everything is functional and no damage was done. They go on and charge your account $500 and never give you the reason for doing so. I contacted my bank, and they issued me the money back, but I got a letter charging for miscellaneous fees. When we tried to contact them multiple times, there was no response to our continuous emails and calls. Seven months later, we are still dealing with the repercussions of this horrible company. TRUST THIS COMPANY. I have heard numerous reports that DIDDY parties have been held here, too. If you wanted to get screwed over so badly, I would suggest having your husband, wife, or a friend DO IT FOR YOU. I REPEAT, THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH IT! All the five stars are fake accounts that they have made to promote their horrible, sketchy, and trashy bus.

My experience with Platinum started off so well, but unfortunately when it came time to really show…read moretheir customer service, their true colors showed. I had a reservation for a bachelorette group for a winery tour on May 15th. Unfortunately on May 2nd the mother of the bride was admitted to the James Cancer Center's ICU due to a complication with her battle of stage 4 lung cancer. We weren't sure how it would go, as no one does, so we waited for the bride to let us know. Unfortunately as the days passed, her mother hadn't recovered enough for the group to make it out of town. The bride was the power of medical attorney. We contacted platinum on the last possible day to get a partial refund (which we were understanding of, it's in the contract) however we were met with a complete lack of empathy or help. They said they can still bring the bus to Columbus but we would need to pay more, otherwise we would lose the money. We stated we were within the contract & the 5 days of the event & the response was "I don't have the contract in front of me, I'm not in the office." It was 4 pm at this point on a Monday after calling and dealing with them all morning. Finally we brought in a legal aid rep to call & we got a partial refund. At NO POINT was there an expression of apologies or understanding surrounding the reason why. We had to fight all day to get a partial refund. Finally, today, I was able to send a letter the social worker helping on behalf of the family sent to help with financial obligations we might not have been able to hold up on our end. I sent the letter, along with an admittedly not very nice email stating how awful the customer service had been, additionally with a link to the now viral ceremony that was held that same weekend due to the unknown of whether the mom would make it to the actual wedding stating a request for a full refund in the hopes to help our family & friends with money. The response back was almost laughable if it wasn't so heartless: "Good Morning, No further refund will be issued and I have reviewed your email carefully. Your bus was held for you, and it could have been rented to others, which caused a loss in potential business to us. This matter is closed and we wish you the best moving forward. Thank you, Dawn " my response: Dawn, Thank you for your well wishes and thoughts for the family throughout this time Sorry you lost maybe $2000. We might be losing a loved one within the next few days. Have a great day! & finally, my favorite part, the response back: "I would suggest that you concentrate what precious time you have with your loved one, vs continued pursuit of this matter. You have a great day also, Dawn" That was the first acknowledgment of the bride's mom throughout the ENTIRE ordeal of our situation & THAT was the response. Basically at this point we don't care about the money. Just know if you book with platinum, they have zero regard for you, your friends or family unless you're putting money in their pockets. https://www.today.com/health/ohio-couples-holds-impromptu-wedding-local-hospital-so-mom-fighting-t220997 here is a link to some insight into how incredible & strong Taura is, how beautiful & resilient her daughter Carley is & how incredible #TauraStrong really is. They make it completely stress free and their professionalism is unmatched. They will pick you up any time 24/7 and always arrive early. In a recent trip, I had to depart at 4 am and it was raining. I found the uniformed driver waiting outside my house with an umbrella and offered to carry my bags for me. If you checked a bag they will know what carousal you are at and will carry your bags to the car if needed. The cars are always freshly detailed, and you overall get a much higher level of service.
